La nostra camera era nella media, mentre il bagno necessiterebbe di una rinfrescata. La colazione invece è stata il vero punto dolente: assolutamente insufficiente. Il ragazzo alla reception è stato gentile e disponibile, mentre la persona che ha assistito in piedi alla nostra colazione, senza proferire parola, non lo è stato altrettanto.

Due to your kitchen facilities being upgraded, there was no facility in our room available to heat food, toast bread for breakfast, or eat out of any bowls. No cutlery either. Everywhere i have travelled there has been a microwave, toaster and plates etc to eat in the room. We were travelling on a budget so having to eat out for evening meals was not ideal. This hotel was excellent. The room was very nice. The location was terrific (centrally located near the bus station, good restaurants nearby and safe area). The food for breakfast was high quality and the coffee was some of the best we've had in Sicily.

Television minima, limpieza mejorable, mandos de la tv rotos y sin funcionamiento, mini mueble bar no existe en la habitacion. Los empleados muy amables y dispuestos en ayudar en todo.

Great stay! Comfy beds, clean rooms, fresh and good quality food. The hotel is in a peaceful location, but still in close proximity to either the airport or the downtown. Staff was uber hospitable. The rooftop offers a pool with a great view of the city.
