Un hotel confortable y centrico, buena relación precio-calidad, la oferta de desayuno es senzilla pero está muy bien.

Never again
A clean and fairly comfortable room, if somewhat dated, but check in procedures and communication about changes to these procedures very poor and contradictory. Furthermore building on site means a temporary wall has been erected outside my window, blocking out light, sun and view, and the hotel restaurant was also closed. As it was the weekend there was no building noise but week day clients will be highly inconvenienced. This should have been signalled on booking. I will not stay here again.

Posh tidy family stay
Enjoyed the stay. 2 kids enjoyed family room as they had their own area.
I am 2m tall. Had problem in shower and bath. This could have been bigger.
Food very tasty. But was waiting for 2h to be prepared.
Be aware about following:
- car park very expensive. You can get car park near.
- Breakfast also expensive.
-pleasure park and waterpark is very very close.

如果是為了pleasure Beach游樂園而來，這個酒店還是挺方便的，但是離黑池鎮中心有點距離，會產生額外的交通成本。同時我對酒店的衞生和服務態度極其不滿，但我打開剛打掃好的房間，看到的是這樣的場景，雖然安排了人來重新做衞生間衞生，但沒有就此提供任何補償。

Well situated.
Just on the outskirts of Newcastle.off main road to the coast.The hotel was ideal for our visit,also right next to cricket ground.We enjoyed our stay and will use this hotel again.

bellissima struttura in nuova zona residenziale di livello alto. Vicinissimo ad un enorme centro commerciale dove fare acquisti e mangiare. Struttra moderna ed elegante, bella piscina ottima palestra. Buona colazone, ottimo staff, prezzo medio alto

Great Option for Families going to Pleasure Beach
We had an amazing time in the hotel, the room was ideal for a family of 2 children. The hotel feels like new and very clean. Additionally the dinner was really nice. Great Location as it is only around 5 minutes walking to Pleasure Beach Park. We could park and charge our car in the premises.

Safe, clean place to rest for the night. Helpful staff. Simple breakfast. Convenient location for dinner and laundry.
