As for the laundry, since Palazzo Sovrana is not a hotel but luxury serviced apartments, we don't have one inside but we have several addresses to provide to our customers to wash their clothes, and they have been sent. Very strange that you were unable to fill the tub, it has never happened, perhaps you should have waited a few more minutes to fill it properly (?). We have always clarified, especially during WhatsApp communication, that Palazzo Sovrana is not a hotel, so it doesn't have a 24-hour reception but we are always reachable on the telephone number we provide to all our guests. Palazzo Sovrana offers vouchers for breakfast, which is a gift from the property as it is not paid separately, the vouchers that our guests show to the bar staff allow them to have a menu that includes various products, from sweet to savory , from typical to not and above all we do not give a limit of things to take to our guests. All the small apartments in Palazzo Sovrana do not have a terrace but balconies facing the theatre, which are very suggestive. As explained during check in by our dedicated concierge, given that the apartments overlook the main square of Palermo it is advisable to close the shutters at night to avoid being woken up by the light.
