Perfect location and better value What a perfect location at an amazing price and value. The room had plenty of room and was exactly what we needed after a long days road trip. Would definitely stay here again! Soo many good restaurants close by.

We enjoyed our stay. Our room was very clean and spacious. The hotel is decorated very tastefully. Restaurant on the rooftop is very nice and convenient. Paula is very kind and helpful.

This is a 10 out of 10!! Fantastic spot; sparkling clean, a view not to be believed, extremely kind hosts, close to everything and a phenomenal roof top restaurant. Cannot wait to go back; a phenomenal experience.

Amazing spot in the center of Palermo Amazing stay in the center of Palermo. We had a corner room with a view of the theatre, which was quite special. Enjoyed the restaurant one night and the hospitality of the staff and family owners the entire weekend. Breakfast at the cafe was adequate, service has something to be desired. Great location. Be sure to read the booklet on the art and history of the building and be sure to inquire about the connection to the film, The Godfather.

Good location This apartment is located centrally located and you can get your breakfast and coffee at the restaurant right beneath the apartment. We thought it would be fun/interesting to stay at an apartment, but it was just meh. It just didn’t feel like we were on vacation. It was a little depressing and for us we realized we would rather stay at a hotel.

The heart of Palermo Two couples traveling to Sicily for first time, we found the “in”spot to stay in Palermo. Literally across the street from the beautiful Massimo Theater that is the starting point for action in several tour books, the hotel offered excellen staff (although these are apartment hotel rooms and staff only physically there a few hours a day), good sized clean room, and terrific location to see the heart of Zplaermo. Rooftop dinner at Doba with great meal and view to die for. The negatives: 1. Literally in the heart of the action and with (yum!) an international gelato festival going on 30 yards away, hectic and noisy- luckily shutters on windows kept out most noise. Fun but busy. 2.Difficult driving in pedestrian-busy one way areas Overall, very much enjoyed.

The room was outstanding. Roomy, well furnished, and comfortable. The building is directly across from the Opera House and close to many food options and local attractions. Make sure that you close the shutters at night because the square in front of the Opera House attracts a lot of people late into the evening. The free breakfast across the street at the excellent cafe was a bonus.

This is a nice apartment! Not a hotel room! Dont expect to have hotel areas! We were well welcomed by the cleaning lady! Friendly staff and modern apartment. Air conditioning didnt have cooling power! There is no place to stay and wait…. We needed to wait for our car and had to leave the property!

A fabulous place to stay right in the centre of town. Filippo was a great host and made sure everything was right for us during our 2 night stay. Highly recommended! We got a from the airport but got the train back which was inexpensive but slightly longer than the taxi! The property was an easy flat, pedestrianised walk away - around 20 mins.

Understand that this is not a hotel. They are service apartments. There is no parki g AT hotel. It is a few blocks away and initially hard to find. After a long flught and treacherous driving in from the airport it was frusturating not to be able to find the place. It is immediately behind the Sephora. Need to make an appointment to check in and there is a fee after 7 pm. Very private and right in the center of things. Friendly staff
