Hotel far exceeded our expectations. We thought it would be good but it was excellent. We were a group of 10 celebrating a birthday and they really could not do enough for us. Our only small criticism was we booked on one booking thinking all our rooms would be next door to each other, so we didn’t annoy others, we had a room between us and the other guests we felt didn’t like that. I would highly recommend every thing about it and would definitely return, less than 10 mins from airport. Stylish hotel, clean and modern, Food and drink quality excellent. Service from the staff amazing.

We spent an unforgettable week at Sentido Unique Blue Resort, and this trip was truly special — it was our honeymoon. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to newlyweds. From the very first moments, we were surrounded by genuine care and hospitality. Check-in was quick and convenient through the app, after which we went for lunch, and then we were escorted to our room, where a lovely surprise from the hotel was waiting for us in honor of our celebration. A huge advantage is that the hotel is 16+, which truly allows you to relax in peace. The property is well-maintained, spotless, and aesthetically pleasing. The beach deserves a special mention. Clean, well-kept, with soft sand and a breathtaking view of planes landing nearby. There were always enough sunbeds, with no crowds or hassle. We especially loved the option to order food and drinks directly to the beach through the app. A huge thank you to the waiters: working in such heat is not easy, yet they were always friendly and attentive. The cuisine also left us with the brightest impressions. Although the variety of dishes wasn’t overwhelming, everything was incredibly tasty and, most importantly, of high quality. The hotel itself is small, and that’s exactly what makes it charming. No crowds, just a cozy, homelike atmosphere. There’s no evening entertainment program, but we truly enjoyed spending our nights at the bar: sipping exquisite cocktails, listening to music, and simply relaxing. We already know — we will definitely come back!

We came to this hotel for our honeymoon so chose it particularly because it was a small, beach front, all inclusive and highly rated hotel. We stayed in a room with a shared swim up pool. The positives are plentiful. The hotel is gorgeously furnished and well laid out. We loved the outside spaces especially and the staff were so friendly and helpful. The food was amazing both in the all inclusive restaurant and the a la carte restaurant. So much choice and all very high quality. Our room was fantastic and we loved having the extra luxury of the swim up pool for starting and ending the day, although spent most of our time on the stunning beach which is right outside. We arrived very late and were delighted to find a plate of meats and cheeses and other treats in our room. The door had been adorned with a ribbon and wooden heart to recognise our honeymoon and a bottle or red wine with a card was inside. A really lovely touch. Other positives included the little reading library upstairs where I managed to leave my two finished books for other visitors to enjoy and the waiter service to the sun loungers which was absolutely outstanding. We ordered cocktails and drinks and lovely lunches on the app and they were delivered quickly and with a smile everytime. First class! A couple of niggles to mention although it wouldn't put us off returning, (once there is a new airport because that was a whole different story) My husband had an enbarrassing moment where he accidentally used the ladies toilets in the hotel. He came out mortified but assured me that he had checked the sign and it was the same as the downstairs toilet sign for the mens toilets. So we checked it out! The black symbol for mens toilets downstairs and outside is indeed the exact same symbol used inside the hotel for the women toilets! ( to be fair there was some white lettering underneath the symbols but it was stuck onto a white door so not very obvious and my husband’s eye sight isn't that great so he hadn't even seen it!) It might be worth managers checking it out. Also, we were informed that we could use the a la carte restaurant twice on a 10 day stay so we booked for a couple of days after arriving and when we went to book again it said there must be 9 clear says between bookings. If we had known that we would have booked immediately on arrival so that felt a little unfair but the food was great anyway so no real problem. Finally, the lovely gesture of a bottle of red wine that we were given for our honeymoon, and which we were going to bring home to celebrate with loved ones was spolit when it was removed from our room the day before we checked out by the cleaning staff. I was gutted about this and probably should have complained but that's just not my style. It should have remained until after check out I believe, so that guests who may have saved it for their last night of holiday or who wanted to take it home are not let down. Anyway, overall this was a fantastic holiday

Die Mitarbeiter vom Hotel sind sehr lieb und freundlich. Das Hotel ist sehr gepflegt und direkt am Meer. Das Essen war immer frisch, sehr abwechslungsreich, ein gro?es Lob an die Küche. Ich würde da auf jedem Fall wieder hinfahren.

Ein wundersch?ner Aufenthalt im Hotel Unique Blu in Karteros! Besonders hervorzuheben ist das unglaublich herzliche und aufmerksame Personal – allen voran Maria aus dem Spa, die mit ihrer Professionalit?t und Freundlichkeit begeistert hat. Die Gastfreundschaft im Hotel ist au?ergew?hnlich und man fühlt sich sofort willkommen. Kleine Details wie die Minibar oder ein erst auf Nachfrage erfüllter Kissenwunsch ?ndern nichts daran: Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und k?nnen das Hotel uneingeschr?nkt weiterempfehlen!

Als wir das Hotel betreten haben waren wir schon überw?ltigt. Alles sehr sauber hell und modern. Wir sind früh am Morgen im Hotel angekommen und wurden sehr herzlich begrü?t, da unsere Zimmer so früh natürlich noch nicht fertig waren, konnten wir uns umziehen und schon alle Vorzüge im Hotel genie?en. Alle Angestellten des Hotels waren immer sehr herzlich, h?flich und hilfsbereit. Top. Das Essen war immer sehr Abwechslungsreich und nicht so überladen. Es gibt auch Themenabende. Wir haben viel zu viel gegessen aber es war einfach zu lecker. Am Pool gibt es nicht all zu viele Liegen aber der Strand ist nur ein paar Stufen entfernt mit deutlich mehr Liegen. Wir hatten nie Probleme eine Liege zu bekommen. über die App des Hotels kann man sich Getr?nke und Snacks bestellen die einem dann dann die Liegen gebracht werden. Toller Service. Unser Zimmer war recht klein aber da ist man ja auch nur zum Schlafen. Das Zimmer lag zur Rückseite wo eine Stra?e dran vorbei führt die schon recht laut ist. Mit offenen Fenster konnten wir nicht gut schlafen. Das Hotel liegt in der Einflugsschneise zum Flughafen. Man kann die Flugzeuge gut beobachten von der Liege und auch wohl h?ren aber uns hat es in keinsterweise gest?rt. Ganz in der N?he vom Hotel gibt es eine Bushaltestelle mit der man gut in die Stadt kommt. Am Abreisetag ging unser Flug er sp?t Abends aber wir durften nach dem Check out noch so lange bleiben, bis wir vom Taxi abgeholt wurden und konnten das "All in" Anbebot weiterhin nutzen. Es gibt einen Duschraum den man dann benutzen kann um sich frisch zumachen.

My wife and I visited over 25 countries and sometimes more than once, to say this hotel is one of the best I’ve ever been to is understatement the hotel location close to the airport and close to town. Room is excellent and very very clean, I stayed in garden view from my experience at beach resort the music could be loud and I wasn’t wrong, the food was one of the best I’ve eaten and the selection is great. Will definitely comeback.

If you’re looking for the perfect place to celebrate a special occasion, look no further. We stayed at Unique Blue for my mother’s birthday and it was beyond amazing. From the warm welcome with champagne, a delicious cake, fruit platter and card, to the breathtaking sea-view room and infinity pool – every moment felt magical. The service is what truly sets this resort apart. Every staff member was kind, attentive and professional. The manager even arranged a surprise fine dining experience at Thymises – world-class cuisine in a stunning setting. Add to that spotless housekeeping, excellent all-inclusive dining, and thoughtful farewell gifts, and you get an unforgettable experience. We only stayed two nights, but left with lifetime memories. Unique Blue is a resort that knows how to make guests feel truly special – highly recommended and we can’t wait to return!

Stayed week of 21 August. Couldn’t fault the hotel. Staff constantly cleaning inside and out. Not many sun beds around the pool but could still find around 8.30. Plenty all day on the lovely beech. Plenty of choices for food over the week with the option of burgers etc from pool bar delivered to loungers. Excellent cocktails available and served by great staff. Evening entertainment not so great tbh. Reception arranged a taxi for us to visit Heraklion one day. €25 each way or could have used local bus. Was able to arrange to keep a room to 6pm on our leaving day. Was €60 but was well worth it for 4 of us to be able to enjoy our last day. Special mention to Kleo serving drinks etc in the evening who was always welcoming and remembered drinks from previous. Will certainly return.

Wir haben im vorigen Jahr auf Empfehlung das Hotel für 10 Tage gebucht. Es hat uns rundum super gefallen und es stand fest, das buchen wir wieder. In diesem Jahr haben wir 14 Tage Strandurlaub in diesem wundervollen Hotel gebucht und verlebt. Schon beim Betreten der Lobby spürt man eine angenehme erfrischende Briese und Atmosph?re. Die Grande Dame, Alexandra Stuck, ist immer Ansprechpartnerin. Durch sie hat das Hotel eine angenehme Note. Auch das Servicepersonal in allen Bereichen war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, u.a. Herr Vangelis, Manos, Joeana u.v.m. Die Sauberkeit im Haus hat h?chste Priorit?t. Die Verpflegung zu jeder Mahlzeit war super, für jeden Gaumen etwas.
