The room condition was fine with the exception of some type of fragrance that was present and not very pleasant.
The bathroom shower was not acceptable to the point where we both did not use it. The brackets around the glass door are dirty and the the step curb into the shower near the edge of the glass door needed a good scrubbing. The shower floor appeared to have residue on it and the edges of the bottom tiles in corners and along the bottom edge of the shower pan floor were not clean.
Very disappointing. We have stayed at this hotel before and were quite happy with it, but this time the was something noticeably different. The fragrances in the hallway were also a bit overwhelming. What are the fragrances trying to cover up? The staff was perfectly fine. We will probably try somewhere different on our future trips to Cincinnati.

From check in throughout our stay was wonderful. The staff at 21c is fabulous. The atmosphere is welcoming.

We were there with another couple in two different rooms. Neither room had a refrigerator. And none were available. Surprising that a hotel would charge that much for a room without a refrigerator. And to make matters worse, there were no ice machines. You had to request ice from the front desk and then it was delivered. Also the bathroom fixtures were nonfunctioning. The stopper in the sink wouldn’t drain and the stopper in the bathtub was sitting on the wall. Meaning there wasn’t one. Pretty poor presentation for what comes across as an upscale hotel. The only positive was the beds were comfortable and we all slept well.

I've stayed at 21C several times. The staff, cleanliness of the hotel have always been wonderful.

Great location for access to the Arnoff Center. Staff was courteous. The mattresses, however, were hard. It was not a restful sleep.

General ambiance and location; great to be in the center of the arts district and close to great restaurants and night spots.

Front desk was great ,the room was outstanding. Wonderful art work thought out hotel not just in art gallery. And the location was perfect.

Room light didn't work, bathroom sink drain very slow same for shower drain, man in the lobby asking for money, don't think we will going back there when we visit again

I reserved a room with 2 queen beds because I was staying with my adult son. 21c changed my reservation to a king bed because of their occupancy that night. If you stay here, be aware they may not give you the room you reserve.

Every staff member we encountered was pleasant, relaxed and accommodating. Overall it was a good experience.
