白屋這條街晚上很亮堂，住了幾天衞生還可以，但床的質量不好，彈簧床墊中間塌兩邊高，第二天起來腰好疼，嚴重影響睡眠質量。枕頭雖然多有四個，但是又高又硬，一直沒用。上樓要脫鞋換鞋不方便。

It is a city hotel. Food and the service is ok. Location was good and 10 minute to the Ruwan Velly Maha Saya and Sri Maha Bodhiya. Room size is big and comfortable. washroom was very small and not clean. Room is not soundproof. ( My kid was complaining that the Washroom is not clean (at the night) and nearby room traveler was disturbed and make some noise. we were feeling very bad. Question on Value for money. I already book the room for HB for 2 adults and 8 year old kid, But when i visit the restaurant, staff insist me to sign a meal receipt for the kid and asking that did you all book for 2 or 3 people (front office, reservation , staff are not link) ; this was make us unconfutable. i had to present by booking detail at the dinning to clear this mess

房間非常小、皮箱打開就無法走路、勝在價格便宜和位置、重點??房間后面有一個球場、特別吵、晚上要打球到12點、早上6點就開始打球、真的嚴重影響睡眠、如果訂房一定要備注要球場的另一邊、而且鞋子不可以穿上樓、要鎖在前臺柜子里、并且沒有電梯、另外前臺印度小哥特別友好、

Location is good , walking distance to lebuh Cecil.
The down size is you need to take off the shoe before you can go upstairs, and there is no lift to your floor , so pack light if you decide to stay this hotel. The room quite old, with old aircond and old bathroom, bt still functionable. Bed pillow can be improve. Overall is clean and good location for short 1 to 2 night stay.

從吉隆坡飛過來，酒店的地址位置還不錯，在小紅書上看到了推薦，離景區確實不遠，位置有優勢，但是感覺不太值啊，也許是因為非凡国际是周末價格偏高，所以下面觀點僅供參考，僅僅代表個人觀點，首先房間太小了，非凡国际的話一晚上花了300多，可以移動區域太小了，其次淋浴的話沒有熱水，常溫很涼，但是不排除人家就是因為這個地方比較熱，然后房間他不是主動去打掃，衞生間牙刷，桌子上礦泉水，你要是不要就沒有，房屋里沒有垃圾桶，只有衞生間有一個小的。整體的話非凡国际不是很滿意，上樓需要拖拖鞋，下樓的話要換鞋，很麻煩，也不確定拖鞋前邊穿的人怎么樣，并沒有覺得是很衞生的表現，如果避開周末，或者價格合適也許就罷了，和國內100的都沒法比，如果這些都能包容，我覺得也可以入住，它離景點的話大多都是1km那樣，周圍吃的挺多，不過濱城呆幾天后發現當地吃的就是那些，反而想吃那種泰國或者其他國家的小吃，搭乘grab司機説如果不住在這個市中心，過橋到那邊可能價格和居住會好一些，但是就是離景點遠一些，給大家提供一個參考。

This hotel has so much potential for improvement. Very dated, old and dirty hotel. So many things broken, dirty, stained, bad condition. Need loads loads of improvements and maintenance. Owner shirks care for the hotel better. Everything is broken and old. Bathroom smells really really bad and smells comes from the drains where water goes in, smells rotten. Breakfast is average and simple, the room for breakfast is very stuffy and tight with big giant chairs. They should move breakfast to pool area outdoor nice patio. A toaster for toasting bread would be nice to have. Staff are helpful and kind. Occasionally security walks on balcony as balconies are connected and he looks inside rooms, what the … why is he looking inside rooms, we couldn’t even have curtains open and enjoy the palm tree view. Give people privacy security! The young girl which says manager on her name tag is constantly holding her phone and recording tourists, she recorded at lobby when we entered or left, at breakfast when eating, really annoying, again give us privacy lady and let us enjoy!

I know deluxe rooms all have windows, but I didn’t realize that mine would be a wall view.

位置和服務都不錯，衞生也還行，上樓前需要脫鞋，但是房間并沒有圖片上看起來那么新，有點老舊

衞生：酒店整體很乾凈，房間也很乾凈，就是上樓要求把自己的鞋存在他們的寄存箱里，然后穿他們的拖鞋上樓，拖鞋是循環利用的，不確定是否消毒，挺擔心會不會有之前客人的腳氣，能一次性的話還是比較好的，我自己挺介意的但是沒得選擇。
環境：旁邊是個球場，晚上打球會打到11點多聲音很大，燈開的很亮。去附近的商場什么倒是很方便，都很近。
設施：房間里面積不大，行李箱展開就沒法走路了，衞生間很乾凈，熱水也很快，但是冰箱聲音很大（看圖），一晚上都轟隆隆，空調風再開大點，睡眠淺的可能睡不好。選的帶陽臺的房間，沒想到陽臺就是個樓梯（看圖），直通樓下，就一根繩子攔著，沒什么安全感。
服務：入住的體驗很不好，需要100零吉的現金按金，刷卡付款寶微信什么都不支持的，visa銀聯都不行，就為了這個按金，硬要我出去換錢，説外面吃飯都要現金的，我在這待了4天，只有這家酒店完全不支持中國的網上付款，刷卡都不行挺無語的，夜市小攤都有，還有2塊錢的稅，也只收現金，弄得我硬要跑出去一趟。只能説除了便宜，沒有什么其他優點，差不多價格的別的酒店也有，只能説避雷吧。
不過上樓小哥都會幫提行李，人特別好。1分是給他的。
