We are close to Otaru Station and within walking distance of sightseeing and dining options such as Sankaku Market, Central Market, Kitaichi Glass, Rokkatei, and LeTAO. Although the building is older, we regularly maintain and service the facility to ensure a comfortable stay for our guests. As our parking lot is a multi-story building, parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis for 1,200 yen per night. Parking is available except between midnight and 6:00 AM. Thank you for using Hotel Nord Otaru. Regarding the cleaning issue you mentioned, we apologize for the inconvenience caused by the lack of information provided at check-in. If you selected the Eco Plan when you booked, daily cleaning will not be provided. If you hang the cleaning tag outside your door by noon, cleaning will be provided, but there will be an additional charge of 500 yen. Also, there are two types of tags in your room: "Please clean" and "Please do not disturb." Please note that if you hang the "Please do not disturb" tag, cleaning will not be provided that day.
