This hotel was excellent. It was quaint and modern at the same time. We rented two rooms with sea view and I highly recommend it. The staff was very nice and very sweet towards my grand baby. Would definitely stay here again!

What a fantastic stay in this great hotel. This family run hotel made us feel like part of the family. Due to a problem outside of their control we stayed in the sister hotel - the Prom - in Great Yarmouth but ate and spent the day in the pier. Both hotels were fantastic and I would like to give a shout out to ian (at the prom) and margeret (at the pier) for making our stay 5 stars. The brother & sister team pulled out all the stops. we will be visiting again and again and plan a return stay in the spring. Well done all at the Pier and the Prom! *****

Sehr nettes Hotel direkt am Meer, nur die autofreie Strandpromenade liegt zwischen Hotel und Meer. Die Zimmer mit Meerblick sind deshalb recht ruhig, teilweise haben sie Balkon oder Terrasse (sogar mit Liegen), teilweise aber auch nicht. Das scheint preislich keinen Unterschied auszumachen. Das Hotel ist eine 2003 renovierte alte Villa mit viel Charme, aber eben kein hochmodernes, gesichtsloses Hotel. Unsere beiden Zimmer mit Meerblick lagen übereinander. Das untere Zimmer hatte eine Terrasse mit Liegen und gro?en bodentiefen Fenstern, das obere Zimmer hatte nur ein bodentiefes Fenster, dafür ein Fenster im Bad/WC zum Lüften. Ansonsten waren die Zimmer gleich. Eine Nespresso erfreute uns am Morgen ebenso wie t?glich frisches Wasser. Den bestens gefüllten Kühlschrank haben wir nicht genutzt, sondern sind lieber am sp?ten Nachmittag in den sch?nen Hotelgarten auf ein Bier oder einen Aperol gegangen. Da sitzt man wunderbar unter Tamariskenb?umen. Das Restaurant war sehr gut, Beratung inclusive. Auch das Frühstück war wunderbar, alles da. Man konnte auch im Garten essen. Die Lage des Hitels ist hervorragend. In gut fünf Gehminuten ist man an der Metrostation Gebela, um in die Innenstadt zu fahren, zu Fu? kann man problemlos zur Biscayaschwebebrücke laufen und auf der anderen Flussseite essen gehen oder in ?stliche Richtung zu den Str?nden laufen, den alten alten Hafen mit vielen Restaurants am Hang besuchen, ein Rad im Hotel mieten…

L'accueil de Rahul est vraiment sympathique et prévenant. Il ne parle pas fran?ais mais utilise avec virtuosité une application de traduction !! Pratique. L'h?tel est dans une maison style Tudor avec 5 chambres au calme et une salle de breakfast so cosy et so typical avec son bow-window ! Il y a des places de stationnement partout autour de l'h?tel et Rahul vous remettra un permis de stationnement gratuit en arrivant. L'emplacement est safe et parfait pour toutes les visites ou les restaurants (10 à 20 mn de tout) Un bon restaurant grecque à 100 m de l'h?tel et un bon italien à 10 petites mn (Giuseppe's). Le breakfast anglais est concocté par la propriétaire des lieux (qui est la maman de Rahul !). Le rapport qualité/prix est excellent pour un séjour en ville et près de tout ce qu'il y a à voir où faire à Portsmouth.

Hotel boutique súper agradable. El secreto “familiar” En esta ocasión he comido en el restaurante,un menú de 30 euros muy conseguido. Una ensalada mixta con ventresca. Una lubina de racion a la plancha. Y un postre Vino de la casa Marqués de Vitoria Todo estaba en su lugar El servicio perfecto. Totalmente recomendable

Tuve un accidente con el coche en el parking del Hotel. Fue por la noche al acceder .Me quedó todo ara?ado el lateral derecho. La entrada y salida comparten la misma rampa y no hay ningún tipo de semáforo, ni espejo, ni control de paso(semáforos o avisos), iluminación insuficiente de acceso por la noche. Después de comentarlo con el director declinaron todo tipo de responsabilidad. A destacar la amabilidad de los conserjes de noche, Raul y Alejandro.

Rahul made us very welcome and nothing was too much trouble. The room was well appointed and our Queen size bed comfortable. Breakfast was optional and great value. The location is surprisingly quiet most of the time, considering the room was by a main road. Rahul provided a parking permit so we could park on the road nearby. We stayed for 3 nights and would not hesitate to recommend this hotel
