We requested for 2 baby cots for 2 rooms 2 nights upon booking. However, when we check-in, they said no more baby cot available for the 2 rooms. We informed them to reserve the baby cot for the 2nd night. Again, there is no more baby cot on the 2nd night. I was wondering if they had reserved any baby cot for us. And this caused trouble for my younger kid to sleep who already gets used to sleep alone on the baby cot. And we all couldn’t sleep well at night because the baby will keep waking up at mid night. The 2nd con is the breakfast, the restaurant is rather small and cannot hold too many people at the same time. You have to wait for quite a while to be seated if you go breakfast after 9am when many people will go at the same time. I will think twice for next booking with this hotel.

非常好的体验！符合奢华酒店的标准一切都很舒适且干净。酒店顶楼还有免费的健身房、游泳池、会客厅等等，非常好的体验。

设施很新，就好像在家一样方便，位置极佳，马路对面是观光巴士售票点首发站，走路几分钟到麦当劳路口，帕威廉，阿罗街夜市，走路十几分锺到KLCC双子塔不足就是酒店没有连通房，预订时备注了希望与家人在同一楼层，也因为没房了没能安排自助早餐偏西式，除了自取的部分，还可以要煎蛋炒蛋配薯饼

酒店位于市中心，配套非常齐，超多大型商场和餐厅在周边，房间干净整洁舒适，有洗衣机可洗衣服，有微波炉炉、焗炉、多士炉、洗发精、煮食工具、衣帽间?非常满意，唯一不满意，就是非凡国际订两间房，分开非凡国际楼层，照顾家人有点不方便，但房间99%满客，无法安排。

The location of the hotel is excellent, it connects to many shopping malls within the Golden Triangle of Jalan Bukit Bintang! You surely will not be disappointed in finding food to eat! I will definitely return here next time when I visit Kuala Lumpur!

优点：很方便，泳池环境很好，干净整洁，提供胶囊咖啡，谢谢打扫房间卫生的朋友。去很多地方都是步行距离，幸好预订在了商圈里。遗憾：非凡国际的房间好像背光，好暗好冷，在我反应过来的时候，也就没有沟通能否换房了。因为我怕冷，所以感觉很暗。

This was a great hotel in an convenient location. It’s near Bukit Bintang, which is the center of KL. Lots of restaurants and malls nearby. It’s also a walking distance to pavillion shopping mall.

Third time staying here and it is always a pleasant stay. Concierge was able to meet request for dual-key apartment and allowed us to check-out at a later time. Service was great and the rooms given was really clean :)
