新开酒店，设计新颖，乾净卫生，有免费停车位，但附近没有便利店或餐厅，酒店大堂内有?自动贩卖机有杯面零食饮品。唯一缺点是我房间浴室去水有点慢导致有水漏出座厕旁。但在市中心这个价格又新净已是非常不错的选择！

服务人员非常亲切友善房间卫生做得不错，空气清新，冷气很够冷。但是房间空间太小，行李箱也打不开，打开就走路不方便，没有桌椅，累了想买食物回房间食也不方便，然後是冰箱不太制冷。酒店地理位置不算好，附近几乎没有超市，餐厅，按摩店，只有其他酒店和洗衣店。

I recently stayed at Hotel Bangkokian for a birthday trip, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The hotel is nice and new, with a beautiful interior design that blends modern and Thai-inspired aesthetics. The ambiance is cozy and welcoming, making it a great place to relax after a day of exploring. ? Location-wise, it’s fantastic—easy access to the BTS, ?which made getting around Bangkok a breeze. It’s also close to several tourist spots, so sightseeing was convenient. ? One of the most thoughtful touches was the surprise birthday card prepared for me upon check-in. It really made my stay feel special, and I appreciated the effort! ? However, there were a few downsides. Despite staying for three nights, my room was never once made up, and towels weren’t replenished, even though I had placed the "room service" sign and informed the reception. Additionally, when I requested ice, the receptionist acknowledged it with an "ok" but never delivered it to my room. ? With a little more attention to housekeeping and follow-through on guest requests, this could have been a *perfect stay, Still, the hotel’s charm, location, and thoughtful birthday gesture made it a memorable visit. Would recommend, but hope they improve their service consistency!

之前到曼谷也住过这家。酒店位置在一条巷子里，有自己的停车场。房间有阳台，相对比较宽敞，衞生条件也还不错。这次要重点赞一下酒店的员工服务！因为连住多日，中途室内的空调漏水严重，找了客房服务反应问题，小姐姐马上找了维修人员上门。本以为得拖个大半天才能解决问题，没想到五分钟不到，两位维修人员就搬着梯子到位了！修理时也很熟练迅速，十几分钟就全部搞定，还用吹风机和抹布帮非凡国际把地上的水渍都清理的非常乾净，并提醒非凡国际等地面完全乾了再走动，小心地滑摔倒。这次入住感觉非常贴心，性价比高，很满意！

I always stay here whenever I visit Bangkok. The location of the hotel is very close to Ratchaprarop Station and Pratunam Area. The room is nice, comfortable, and clean. The staffs are friendly and I’m surprised that they still remember me. ?? Definitely will stay there again.

今回は、、夫妇だけで、泊まりに、来ました。バンコクきた时は、必ずコチラの、ホテルに、泊まります。何故かと言うと、ホテルから、ほんと、すぐでると买い物するところが、沢山あります。セブンも近いです。バルコニーがあり、タバコも吸えます。タイは、中々ないので。ありがたい
