Everything was lovely and we felt comfortable in our room. However, We thought the garden view is more spacious, so expect to a tiny garden, but we asked for intimacy. We spent a lovely week there and grab could reach us easily or give us a ride. It’s a hassle trying to get to the city centre, but to be honest, we enjoyed the tranquillity. ??

饭店价钱相对划算且含免费早餐，早餐东西比较简单，沙拉、水果、炒饭、粥、吐司及现点现做的蛋料理。饭店附近正在施工中，塞车问题很严重，要离开饭店时grab跟bolt很常会拒绝接单，个人经验很长需要等待超过半个小时以上才能叫到车，通常得问饭店门口的嘟嘟车或计程车价钱。饭店虽然在巷子内但夜间车流声很大，建议自备耳塞才能好入睡。附近有7-11可以采购，四人房每日只提供2瓶水稍嫌不足，附近也有几家餐厅可进食，离city line走路约6分钟，去机场很方便，但离BTS及MRT相对有距离。饭店人员都很友善，如果施工完交通很改善应该会再去住。

The family room that we stayed is near the road construction side which is quite noisy. Location wise, is away from the happening places but still accessible by walking about 15mins to Central world.

Amenities described in Trip.com included “copying service”. But when I asked reception staff, less than pages can be printed freely. When I asked to print four pages, the supervisor charged 20 baht. Paying is no problem but before asking how much it cost, the supervisor staff looked like “we made them busy or some bad facial expression”. During breakfast buffet, the egg menu had to be ordered. Although the tables were not full, the staff didn’t serve the fried egg what I ordered after waiting for many minutes. I don’t know she’s just stingy for just a fried egg or discriminate between different guests. P.S. I preferred egg because I didn’t like the chicken curry and fried noodle had no meat. Breakfast menu didn’t have much varieties and taste isn’t delicious. In room, shampoo bottle wasn’t working, so I had to wash hairs with just shower.

I first stayed here for 2 weeks with my family and it was very comfortable. I always come to this hotel when once a month. Now, on November 21st, I arrived at the hotel around 15:30 pm. They gave me room number 411 and went to my room. They told me to go downstairs because they were doing some renovation. No one helped me carry my things. The hotel's check-in time is 14:00 pm. I arrived at 15:30 pm and I couldn't get to my room. They made me wait in the lobby like a long-distance traveler . I really need a room because I have online study time. They told me it would take 30 minutes. They said. The noise in the lobby caused my academic performance to be impaired that day. My school grade was reduced because my academic performance was poor. My education is in a European country, so they have strict rules. My room is locked from 16:15 PM. I am really disappointed. If I had checked out later than 12:00, I would have definitely had to pay extra. The hotel has not taken any responsibility for what happened to me. They have not even apologized. They have given me back the same room that was cleaned. There was dust on the bed and table. I am so disappointed that I don't want to say anything. I will never come back again.

应该説房间还是挺大的，每间房间每天只提供两瓶矿泉水，再要的话需要额外付费！入住第二天发现非凡国际的房间都没有清理，可能是那天酒店有什么事，非凡国际也不知道，后来自己下去要了衞生纸和垃圾袋换了一下。酒店的员工都还挺客气的，特别是门口的行李员，入住和离开都在帮非凡国际搬行李。酒店早餐的鸡蛋有几种需要自己点单，品种也算齐全。
