Valley wing lounge is still the best! Especially its breakfast selection! The room was unfortunately a bit dated, with a bit of “mold” at the grout line and shower head was not fully functioning. The rain shower was dripping cold water when using the shower head.

The room is spacious with one sofa bed. Hotel prepared the baby crib in advance which is helpful for us. Baby bottle steriliser, baby chair are available upon request. The splash water play zone is rather small. Check in process is smooth and fast. Breakfast selection is great! Overall is a good hotel for family with baby and kids.

Our stay at Shangri-La was truly the best we have ever experienced.
The staff were outstanding — consistently polite, incredibly helpful, and genuinely warm in every interaction, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived.
The hotel itself is exceptional. The festive season decorations were beautifully done and perfectly suited my style: classic, refined Christmas décor that felt elegant and timeless rather than overdone.
Our room exceeded our expectations in every way — spacious, impeccably maintained, and thoughtfully prepared with great attention to detail.
The breakfast was simply remarkable — the quality, variety, freshness, and presentation were beyond words and made each morning a delight.
A special mention to Tamil, unfortunately the only staff member whose name I recall, but truly outstanding. His professionalism, kindness, and dedication made a real difference to our stay.

酒店雖然是2017年裝修的，但是看得出保養的很好，不管是公共區域還是房間一點不覺得舊。 房間也很乾凈，小孩子玩的地方有戶外的玩水區以及室內的付費游樂場。 戶外玩水區設施很豐富，小孩子的游泳背心，水槍，還有個大恐龍游泳圈。泳池最少有2個安全員，所以非常放心讓孩子自己玩。 適合想要待在酒店的人，酒店的意大利餐廳很值得，和外面的餐廳相比，個人覺得性價比較好的。香宮試了中午的點心，好吃的。 圣誕期間入住還送了孩子一個goodie bag. 孩子超開心。

It’s our 3rd stay with shangrila hotel. It doesnt disappont. My boys love the goodie bags, indoor playground and the kids splash swimming pool!! Room was excellent and we were on the 19th floor hence the view was great! We will be back again for the boys’ birthday celebration! Thank you Shangrila for the awesome hospitality.

慶祝兒子生日，酒店特別送上生日蛋糕祝福。小童樂園名不續傳，小朋友玩兒的很開心。一個家庭旅游首選酒店。會再來

入住還算順利，有中文接待，當然大部分還是英文。酒店環境非常好，樓下就是草坪和游泳池，還有小童中心。
919期間買的3張不含早的券，價格算是很劃算的了。
酒店離烏節路大概15分鐘步行，所以早上不在酒店進餐如果不在覓食有點遠的。早上11點-晚上8點每個整點有擺渡小巴去烏節路地鐵站的義安城，時間合適的話，還是挺方便的。
房間不算很大，但是很乾凈，每天都被打掃的很舒心，有種老錢風，總之娃很喜歡。

I had a wonderful stay at Shangri-La Singapore! The staff were warm and attentive, the room was spotless and comfortable, and the breakfast spread was absolutely delicious. The pool area was relaxing and beautifully maintained — perfect for unwinding after a day out. Overall, it was an exceptional experience, and I’d gladly stay here again!
