Etonnant!****? Passionné par le Patrimoine et la Gastronomie, organisant des visites et repas dans toute la Belgique, une prise de rendez-vous pour un lunch et une visite guidée avait été confirmée par Mme G. (Public relation) pour le 20/10. Sans nouvelles concernant le planning, cfr adresse mail plus valable, j'ai re?u un mail concernant le fait que cette dame ne faisait plus partie de l'équipe. Après un nouveau déplacement à la réception, je devais être contacté par le ou la responsable. Sans nouvelle!

I had an amazing experience at Les Bains Paris Spa! After a long international flight, I booked a deep tissue massage with Emmanuel, and it was exactly what I needed. He listened carefully to what I asked for and delivered an exceptional massage—deep, precise, and incredibly restorative. The level of care and professionalism was outstanding. I felt so much better afterward that I ended up booking a second massage during my stay. The staff is truly skilled, and the overall spa experience was top-tier—elegant, peaceful, and rejuvenating. Highly recommend if you're in Paris and need to unwind.

The renovation of the hotel is absolutely superb. The rooms are very well appointed and comfortable. It’s a grand and elegant building. Unfortunately the standard of the restaurant lets it down. The food is not at all innovative and is bistro style at best. Bread was served haphazardly with some guests not receiving bread at all while others got it with the dessert. Although the restaurant was not full and there were plenty of staff, drink orders were very slow and abruptly served. One of the young women was obviously being trained but the other student staff wandered in and out with a vacant look, not clearing tables or offering wine. It was very hard to summon anyone’s attention. The meal itself was basic with no sides available and no vegetables. One would expect more from a 5 star establishment. They need a new chef and a menu to match the elegance of the hotel. The lime green and white garden chairs and tables in no way go with the otherwise sumptuous surroundings. I hope they are able to lift their game soon as the place has great potential

We recently stayed at this newly refurbished hotel while away racing at Spa Francorchamps and were very impressed. The location, spa area, food, and rooms were all perfect, but what truly made the experience stand out was the service from Andreas. His attention to detail and professionalism went above and beyond expectations. Having stayed at many top 5-star hotels worldwide, it is a shame they do not all have a senior manager of his calibre. Thanks to Andreas, our stay was truly fantastic, and we would highly recommend this hotel.
