From the moment we walked through the door until the moment we left we can’t rate this hotel highly enough. The room we had was fantastic. Breakfast was good, not too much choice but completely adequate. The food in the restaurant which is open from 10am until 8pm was excellent, so much choice and great value . The beach is a 5 minute walk and the strip between 5-10 minutes where the choice of good quality restaurants is exceptional. Be aware that flights pass almost overhead but they aren’t a huge issue. The hotel doesn’t have a huge amount of shade which may be an issue for some. Be aware too that If you book through a tour operator you will incur additional charges , should you require, for air conditioning, a fridge and a safe. Overall we can’t recommend this hotel enough.

A very friendly hotel perfectly located to be close to both the main strip and the beach. Recently refurbished, well laid out and providing all the amenities you could ask for. Plenty of comfortable sun loungers and umbrellas to be had. A great range of drinks and snacks available from 10am-8pm at Summer Breeze poolside restaurant where both food and service were excellent. A great selection of branded and local drinks available in the evening bar and all served with a smile from Lola. All staff at this hotel were very welcoming and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our week stay and would highly recommend this accommodation...infact we will probably be returning ourselves!

I’ll start by saying this is a wonderful gem of a hotel and we are home after a lovely few days in the sunshine. We visited Kalamaki 9 years ago and wanted to return this year and after some research booked Denny’s. From the moment we arrived we were welcomed and made to feel special, welcome drinks and a lovely gift bag! Our room was great, a comfortable, clean room with enough space for 2 adults and a 9 year old. Bathroom very clean and great shower. Good choice for breakfast was brilliant, enough choice there for everyone and we ate a few times in the onsite restaurant, again, a huge menu and all delicious and very reasonable pricing. Bar had plenty of options and lovely Lola to welcome you each evening. Pool was great, loungers very comfy and enough beds for everyone. Lots of chat round the pool which is fabulous and the same on an evening, lots of happy people. There is a wonderful feel about this hotel, the first I’ve been to that I’ve really not wanted to leave and would’ve loved to have stayed longer. There are several returning guests, all with their stories about their time at the inn and I think that shows how well the team at Denny’s look after you. A brilliant holiday, thank you so much and we really can’t wait to look to book again.

Just recently returned from Denny’s Inn had a lovely time everyone was very friendly made very welcome, breakfast had good choice and lovely food in summer breeze was very nice also got plenty daughter has been to this hotel before 7 years ago n said then everyone made you feel welcome we will be returning next year

First time staying at Denny’s but not our first time to kalamaki. We were over at the beginning of May for my wedding. I contacted carol before we came out with a few questions and she couldn’t have been more helpful. In the run up to the wedding they were amazing, even sending us a bottle of Prosecco on the day and bringing us room service to make sure we were able to eat. A few days after the wedding my husband got ill and needed an ambulance and the staff at Denny’s including Dina and the security man were just phenomenal. The day after, carol rang to check we were ok and even made us food after the restaurant had closed to make sure we had eaten. Denny’s really is the best hotel we’ve stayed at in Kalamaki. The rooms are lovely, beds comfy, food is great at breakfast and the summer breeze restaurant is spot on. It’s in a good location. The staff here are phenomenal - they make you feel like family. I’d looked Denny’s up on Tripadvisor before we booked and went and I can totally see why it’s so highly recommended and why people go year after year. We met some great people. I know we will definitely go back. If you go you won’t be disappointed.

This hotel is a little gem and I can't thank the staff enough. My husband and I had to fly out for a family emergency. The staff were amazing, could not be more accommodating. The room was clean and modern. The pool area is lovely and plenty comfortable beds to go around. The whole hotel is very relaxed Bar and food all reasonably priced with a good choice. Short distance to the main road with loads of restaurants & short walk to beach. Huge thanks to the whole team.

Ended up at Denny’s Inn Kalamaki on a spontaneous escape, and it turned out to be a great choice! Stayed bed and breakfast; the breakfast was decent with no complaints, and the snack bar was a nice surprise—tasty and fairly priced. The room was spacious with a very comfy bed, just what I needed. The only small downside was the fridge and air con being an extra charge felt a bit old-school considering most places include those nowadays. Staff were absolutely lovely—warm, welcoming, and always happy to help. I had a fantastic 2-night stay and left feeling relaxed and refreshed. Location-wise, it's just right: tucked away enough for peace and quiet, but still close to everything you need. Wouldn’t hesitate to return next time I’ll stay longer (and maybe budget for the air con)!

It's a very good 3 star Hotel, lovely quiet location but ideal for the beach and Kalamaki town. Friendly helpful reception staff and swift check in. Good clean good sized bedrooms, beds are a little hard with little cushioning but acceptable. Bathroom clean modern but the walk in shower a little small and difficult to use without flooding the bathroom floor. Our balcony was a little small but did notice that others were larger. Lovely clean pool area, plenty of comfortable sunbeds but it was low season so not sure about that situation at peak season. Breakfast room adequate for number of guests but again not sure how it would cope if the hotel was fully booked. More than enough choice of hot and cold food the only downside was the tasteless coffee and the very over diluted Orange juice which was a shame. Bar area good with lots of reasonably priced cocktails and the local beer was very good and cheap compared to most of the bars on the '*****' Mini market 100 yards away for any provisions needed. A bit annoying that the fridge and safe were extra as alot of hotels now include them in the room price plus the A/C was extra and expensive at 10 euro per day. Factor these costs in and the 'cheap' spring getaway isn't the great bargain it originally was. I'd still recommend this hotel but bear these costs in mind if you plan to book it

Just returned home from this fantastic family run hotel. 3rd time, what more can I say, what I and others have stated before. Fabulous, great owners, staff, food, drinks, many returning guests. 3 years solo with friends, returning in June with my wife. Can’t wait, and looking to book for May next year.

I visited Denny’s Inn four times this year and never tire of it. The hospitality of all the staff is five star. Every part of the hotel is immaculate, both at the beginning of season and end. The hotel is family run and they all work there. If you have any problems or queries they are there to help at all times.
