The most perfect hotel in every way, location to beach 6 minute walk, restaurants 6 minute walk, hotel food amazing, Staff can’t do enough for you. Rooms fantastic, clean roomy and great views, there is nothing I would change and hope Denny’s continues forever

Our 6th visit to Dennys. We feel like part of the family more and more each time we stay. Staff go over and above for all your needs and then some! Rooms are spacious and clean with a lovely pool area and plenty of sunbeds. Lovely restaurant with great food and the location is a 5 min walk to beach and 10 mins to the main strip for many more restaurants and bars. However the noise does not travel to Dennys.

We’ve just returned from our first holiday abroad and stayed at this lovely family run hotel. We enjoyed it so much we rebooked for next year the day after we came home. The hotel is beautiful, the staff so friendly and helpful. The rooms are lovely and are cleaned daily. There’s a good choice of food for Breakfast and a wide selection of food available to buy at the restaurant at the hotel. All meals are absolutely delicious. There is a bar and a large reception/ lounge area with comfy sofas and chairs, a pool table, air hokey table and also table tennis. The swimming pool outside is a good size with a smaller children’s pool. Plenty of sunbeds for the sun worshipper's. There’s hotel is only a 5 minute walk from Kalamaki Beach and a 10 minute walk from the main strip. So it’s close enough to the local bars & restaurants but far enough away not to be disturbed at night by all the music and people enjoying themselves. They do have some entertainment on at night such as Quizzes, Karaoke and Games. We loved this hotel so much we can’t wait to go back next year.

First stay at Denny’s and what a great hotel. Booked Denny’s on the recommendation from good friends who have stayed there numerous times, and we weren’t disappointed. From the great location, friendliness of the owners and all the staff, spotlessly clean throughout, lovely pool area, you can see why people keep returning to this fantastic hotel. Dennys inn Hotel is situated in the most ideal location , we have been going for over 30 years. Family run beautiful hotel. Owners cant do enough for their guests and the staff are amazing. Highly recommend

My stay at Denny's Inn has been nothing short of amazing. The staff here are incredibly friendly, from the amazing bar staff, cleaners, and servers to the front desk who genuinely care about their guests. The rooms are great—while they are on the smaller side, they are well-decorated, modern, and have everything you need. The shared spaces are always clean and tidy, and the breakfast buffet is a good standard with plenty of choices to start your day. The location is also fantastic, just a short walk from the beach and the main strip. When I first arrived, there were a few issues, but the management was quick to resolve them. The owner personally reached out and explained that the poor Wi-Fi is due to the area's copper wire network, and they are eagerly awaiting a fiber optic installation, which shows their commitment to improving the guest experience. While the issue with people reserving sunbeds with towels was still present, the staff did their best to manage it. This is a fantastic place to stay, and the staff's dedication to ensuring their guests have a great holiday is what makes this hotel truly special. I would absolutely recommend Denny's Inn and can't wait to return.

Had a wonderful week here. It is such a friendly, relaxing and well maintained environment. The staff cannot do enough to help you! (I was quite ill for the first few days and required an emergency trip to the local medical Centre which was organised via reception! The staff showed care and concern, and kept checking up on me. I felt very well looked after!) Breakfast was good, and constantly restocked right up to end of service at 10am. It’s close to the beach , close to the main strip, and the area has plenty to offer. But the hotel actually has everything that needs within itself. The pool area is nice, no issues with getting a sunbed. The summer breeze restaurant offers good food, the bar provides an excellent range of drinks and a great selection of entertainment for the evenings. Being so close to the airport is really convenient , but does mean you will both see and hear the flights landing nearby. For some that might be a put off, but we didn’t find it so. Do be aware that if you book as part of a package deal, there are some additional costs for fridge and air-conditioning in your room . This seems to be a policy issue with the holiday companies, and I did notice it mentioned on various package holiday sites. This is more of a criticism for the package holiday companies to sort out, as having additional charges for what really seems standard is quite annoying. But it’s nothing the hotel themselves can do anything about. Maybe more reason to book direct with them! Overall great place! I can see why many go back again and again! This was our 3rd stay at Denny’s inn hotel and this time was still as wonderful as the last 2 visits in June 2023 and May 2024. We visited this hotel from the 28th June until 11th July for a 13 night stay which was booked through jet 2. The hotel is lovely and clean throughout all areas. It’s a family run hotel and consists on only 77 rooms on 3 floors which being that size we feel gives it a more personalised feel and a more closeness between the staff and guests. The hotel also has a lift and stairs for access to all the rooms. The location is superb. If you go out from the back of the hotel which is poolside it’s a 5 minute walk to the beach depending on how quickly you walk. If you go out of the main entrance which is reception side it’s about a 10-15 minute walk to the main strip. At the main entrance there is steps but also a ramp so this caters for people with mobility issues. The staff at this hotel are amazing. The owners Carol, Sigourous, Georgia and Spyros are so welcoming and always friendly and professional at all times. The reception staff consists of Angeliki, Denny, Dennis and Faye who are amazing at their job and nothing is too much trouble for them. Faye is new to the reception team this year and she has fitted in perfectly. The breakfast staff consists of Besa, Angela, Katia and some others (but can’t remember their names sorry). The breakfast staff always greet you with a smile and will say Kalimera (hello) to you and are always helpful and make sure the food is topped up at all times. Breakfast consists of a buffet of different items. These consist of : tea, coffee, orange juice,water bread, Croissants, 3 types of cereals, hard boiled eggs, yoghurt, fruit, ham, cheese, salad, scrambled eggs, then they have a couple of hot items that get rotated daily such as french toast, pancakes, tomatoes with cheese and bacon. You can either eat your breakfast in the inside breakfast room or in summer breeze restaurant. Summer breeze restaurant as part of the hotel has a great selection of food and drinks on the menu. This is served from 10am-8pm daily. It serves breakfast, lunch and evening meal items. There are also daily specials on the board as well. There is also an evening bar where Lola is always smiling and has a great selection of drinks and cocktails for you to enjoy. The swimming pool is sometimes cold and refreshing and of a good size. There is also a separate children’s section. There is walk in steps at the shallow end with a hand rail and then also 2 ladder type steps one at shallow end and one at deepend. There are plenty of sun beds which are very comfortable and also have a good selection of umbrellas and tables. There are a couple of flags near the pool that were a little loose. This is not a complaint it’s just to make the hotel aware of this.
