We really enjoyed our stay! We thought all the staff were very efficient and friendly. However there are a few things that I feel really need to improve for a better service. Pros: 1 - Evening entertainment was excellent. A really good mix of stuff for all ages. 2 - Great activities for kids; face painting, mini disco, air conditioned creche (we were thankful to escape here with the kids when it was crazy hot!). 3 - Funfair was great. I thought it would be tacky, but it was small enough to not take over the area as such, and my 3 year old loved it; carousel, trampolines, bouncy castle, little train ride. (Funfair is not included in price of your stay but each ride didn’t cost much). 4 - Restaurants are good with great choice, although quite on the pricey side (I paid 18€ for a main meal halloumi salad with hardly any halloumi ??). Canopy in particular was so lovely, fab food, fantastic service + great views, very enjoyable. 5 - Pool area is great; tropical, vast, relaxing, & the children’s pool was a great size and started out shallow enough even for for small babies. Cons: 1 - In the mornings we had to queue outside the pool to ensure we got an umbrella as there were definitely not enough and more are needed - this is a real issue, and there is plenty more space for more umbrellas so I’m not sure why there aren’t more. There are so many children, & most guests were needing them for their families in the intense heat. 2 - People pushing to the front of the queue at the pool entrance - Prairies NEED to have more control to stop guests doing this, as it’s highly frustrating to others when they’ve been queuing politely for 20 mins (with children!) prior to opening. Please have staff at the pool entrance stopping people pushing in. It is not good enough. 3 - Our 2 bedroom Fare Jardin lodge (no. 207) was very basic and small, when I looked at the floor plans of the Fare Jardin 2 bedroom lodges on the website, our lodge definitely did not correctly portray the floor plans shown. It was very squished for a family of 4. My mother and father in law had a one bedroom Fare Jardin lodge which was bigger and decorated more modern. So I’m not sure why we were given a smaller and more basic looking lodge? The table in our kitchen was far too large for the area, we all struggled to get round the table to sit down & had to keep moving it which was quite annoying, it would have been much easier with a smaller table to manoeuvre around. I did ask to change lodges but nothing was available. 4 - Toilet block by the beach & near Les Baigneuses restaurant are disgusting. They stink & were not well maintained. We used these once and never did again! An extra piece of advice for those who may book the Fare Jardin lodges - they are very near the “Long Bar” - the music stops all at 11pm prompt. The loud music didn’t bother us as ourselves & my kids can sleep through it, but for some this could potentially be an issue. On the whole we did have a great stay at Prai

We stayed in one of the new Bondi Lodges at Prairie de la Mer and were excited by the idea of a more premium experience. The resort itself is wonderful — a beautiful location near Port Grimaud, close to beaches and restaurants, and with a huge, well-equipped pool. The concierge team, especially Kim, were genuinely helpful and welcoming when we raised issues. The lodges look stylish and have appeal, but they didn’t live up to the luxury price tag. Layout-wise, they are not ideal for families with young children, as the bedrooms open directly onto the veranda rather than connecting internally. The living space inside is very small, and after a few nights, it felt cramped for a family of four. Noise was a major issue. Our first lodge backed onto an outdoor bar with nightclub-level music until 11pm, followed by groups talking and drinking late into the night. We were moved, which helped slightly, but constant noise at this level is not compatible with “luxury” lodges marketed to families. For the price (comparable to a luxury hotel), the lack of housekeeping was also disappointing. Over 10 nights, towels and bed linen were never refreshed, and there was no cleaning service at all. Add to this the impracticality of the only laundry being a 10–15 minute walk away — and always busy — and it made daily life more stressful than it should have been. It would make sense for one of the lodges in this area to be converted into a dedicated laundry/amenities space. Overall, Prairie de la Mer is a beautiful resort, and the Bondi Lodges could be excellent. But without better noise management, housekeeping, and practical facilities, they fall short of delivering the true luxury experience the price suggests. With a few thoughtful tweaks, they could become as special as they look on the surface.

This was our 4th visit to Prairies and we still love the place. Reception staff are so nice and welcoming, the place is beautiful and spotless in itself and accommodation as usual was lovely and clean. Knocked a star off this year for a few reasons but just my personal opinion. 1. The entertainment at the Long Bar is really tired, seemed to be a load of adults just sitting around this year with kids bored on devices. No real atmosphere and not that busy on an evening. Perhaps entertainment shows would encourage people to visit more as families, its definitely gone down in the last 4 years in my humble opinion. 2. Appreciate its a long season but some of the staff at the Long Bar & Tangerine showed it, a smile and a welcoming attitude may be a positive step going forward. Les Baigneuses on the other hand, always smiling and chatty despite being the busiest beach bar/restaurant on the complex. That said, the place is still lovely for a family holiday, expensive but lovely. The above points wouldn't stop us coming back again but may skip it for a year in 2026 as prices are now edging towards being more costly than further flung destinations. Endroit paradisiaque. Les 5 étoiles sont méritées. Les prestations des bungalows sont parfaites. L ensemble est propre et très bien agencé. L accueil est chaleureux avec le sourire. Le site est propre, les enfants comme les adultes y trouvent leur compte. La végétation est luxuriante, et nous donne l impression d être dans les ?les. Piscine et plage, que demander de plus. Le fait qu aucune voiture ne circule au sein du camping sécurise celui-ci pour nos enfants qui s éclatent avec leur Kart a pédales. Les 2 seuls petits reproches seraient : pour le personnel qui se déplace en voiturette de golf un peu trop vite, car beaucoup d enfants courent a travers les rangées de bungalows et vu qu'il n'y a aucune voiture ils ne font pas attention. Et je terminerais par la musique du restaurant le canopy. Belle ambiance, mais le boum boum a duré de 14h a 23h. Pas top... Mais cela ne nous empêchera pas de revenir.

Un séjour inoubliable dans un cadre magnifique ! Le camping est superbe, avec ses nombreux palmiers qui donnent l’impression d’être dans les ?les. Le logement que nous avions était parfaits et bien ombragé. Idéals pour se détendre. Le personnel est adorable, toujours disponible et aux petits soins. Nous avons adoré les activités proposées,( la piscine immense, les navettes qui nous mène d’un bout à l’autre du camping, la petite fête foraine, les animations du soir ect …) à notre arrivée, un petit cadeau de bienvenue et le premier petit déjeuner offert nous ont tout de suite mis dans l’ambiance. Situé à seulement deux pas de la plage et de la charmante ville de Port Grimaud, avec en prime une superbe vue sur le Golfe de Saint-Tropez, l’emplacement est tout simplement idéal. Et pour finir en beauté, une délicate attention avec un petit cadeau de départ. Service impeccable, tout était parfait du début à la fin. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter !”

Ein absolut perfekter Urlaub. Der Platz ist der Hammer!! Der Service grandios. Man kann alles einsehen und buchen über eine App. Man kann in jedem Restaurant essen holen und es sich per App auch an die Hütte liefern lassen - perfekt für Familien mit kleinen Kinder! Die Kommunikation l?uft über die App oder per WhatsApp, man dackelt also nicht st?ndig nach vorne, wenn man eine Frage hat. Es kommt auch super schnell eine Antwort. Am Anfang wird man zur Hütte gebracht und einem wird alles gezeigt. Der Service ist eine 10 von 10! Die gesamte Anlage sieht aus wie geleckt, es ist unglaublich sauber. Hier wird jeden Tag rund um die Uhr Laub geharkt und sauber gemacht und die B?ume beschnitten und und und. Lange nicht so eine unfassbar saubere Anlage gesehen. Und das trotz der ganzen Menschen. Man hat auch nie das Gefühl, dass es hier voll ist. Alles verl?uft sich so super. Kein Gedr?ngel am Strand oder am Pool. Jederzeit bekommt man irgendwo einen platz! Es gibt einen Shuttle inkl. Haltestellen, damit man bequem von einem zum anderen Punkt auf dem Platz kommt, da dieser echt gro? ist. Die gesamte Pool Anlage ist ein Traum und sieht aus wie in der Karibik. Perfekt für jedes Alter. Das Babybecken ist so perfekt (es f?ngt mit sooo wenig Wasser an und wird dann immer mehr) inkl. Poolbar. Der Strand ist wundersch?n mit drei Bars/Restaurants und einer Menge Palmen. Alle sind unfassbar freundlich. Es gibt alle zwei Tage frische Handtücher zur Hütte geliefert. Am ersten Morgen hatten wir eine sü?e Willkommenstüte mit Baguette, Marmelade, Nougat Creme, Apfelsaft etc. Auf dem Tisch stehen. Im Kühlschrank stand bei der Ankunft schon Wein und Wasser im Kühlschrank bereit. Der Wein war sogar eine echt gut Flasche :-) Alles ist so detailliert und toll gemacht. Die Hütten sind auch echt toll, Klimatisiert, Betten bequem. Die ganze Anlage ist so sch?n angelegt. Zu Fu? ist man in 5 min im Ort (von da f?hrt auch eine F?hre rüber nach St. Tropez). Toller Wellnessbereich. Zwei gro?e Superm?rkte, Abendprogramm, Tennisplatz, Streichlezoo, Fahrradverleih (auch inkl. Kindersitze oder Kinder Anh?nger). Der Platz hat für alle was. Perfekt für Familien, aber auch für Paare ohne Kinder. Alles verl?uft sich hier super. Restaurants preislich und inhaltlich von bis - es ist für alle was dabei! Wir sind absolut begeistert und hatten zwei wundervolle Wochen und haben nichts auszusetzen. Danke für diesen tollen Urlaub!

In the text below, you can read my opinion about the accommodation, the location and the kitchen. The accommodation was perfect. We stayed in a mobile home in the Nova Lodges section. The air conditioning worked very well and cooled down immediately. The shower also worked very well. The water quickly reached the right temperature. The cutlery was also in good condition and left clean. The caravan also looked very neat and well maintained. The beds were also comfortable and definitely in good condition. The campsite also had a supermarket where you could buy all your food and drinks. This is also very convenient because you don't always have to leave the campsite to get your food. The location of the campsite is ideal, especially if you love the sea. You can be on the beach in just a few minutes walking. Or if you prefer to go to the swimming pool, you can grab a sunbed and jump in the swimming pool. The swimming pool was very clean and the water was at a nice refreshing temperature so you could cool off in the hot weather. From the campsite, you are also only a 10-minute drive to Saint-Tropez and a 5-minute drive to Saint-Maxime. If you really love luxury, you can drive to Monaco in 1.5 hours. So there are many large and beautiful cities nearby where you can do a lot. That's why I give the location a 8/10. I give the campsite kitchen a 6/10. We went to eat pizza at the campsite, but it wasn't very good. In my opinion the cheese and tomato sauce didn't taste very good and the crust wasn't very good either. The pizza was also very expensive. The snacks available at the campsite were fine. The nachos were very tasty and the churros were also very good. My conclusion is that the campsite was very good and I would definitely recommend it. This is because everything at the campsite was fine and the atmosphere was excellent. I had a very nice time at the campsite and would very much like to do it again next year.

Our stay at Les Prairies de la Mer had a very difficult start. On arrival, our original cabin unfortunately had a wasp nest, and I was stung several times during the night before we were relocated. This was an unpleasant and worrying experience, and it did take longer than we would have liked for the matter to be resolved. However, the staff eventually moved us to a larger cabin and offered an extra night free of charge, which we appreciated and which allowed us to properly enjoy the rest of our holiday. The new cabin was very comfortable, with good facilities including air-conditioning. The resort itself is in a fantastic location — right by the beach and close to both St Tropez and Grimaud. We found the entertainment and nearby facilities decent, and the swimming pool, while quite busy, was still very nice. Overall, once the wasp issue was resolved, we had a very enjoyable stay. With quicker responses to problems and more thorough checks of cabins before guest arrivals, this could easily be a five-star experience.

The accommodation is excellent. Plenty of space for our family of five. The overall Praries de la Mer however is very expensive and the food quality is not good value for money and could be poor quality.

Another fabulous trip to paradise. Our 8th visit here and will certainly not be our last. This site is safe, clean, friendly, but most of all one of the most beautiful places to visit. The entertainment is brilliant, chilled, lofi. A huge pool and clean beach. Exquisite food that I look forward to all year. Certainly worth a visit!
