Nice stay at the San Servolo hotel.

Sono tornata in questo resort dopo essere stata qui tre anni fa, quando tutto era semplicemente meraviglioso. Purtroppo questa volta l’esperienza è stata deludente. Abbiamo potuto utilizzare solo la piscina interna, che era l’unica davvero calda. La jacuzzi esterna e la piscina all’aperto, invece, erano fredde al punto da essere inutilizzabili. Anche l’angolo tisaneria lasciava a desiderare: sempre sprovvisto di frutta, mancava persino lo zucchero per le tisane. Nella zona sauna, poi, anche le acque aromatizzate al limone erano terminate. Un vero peccato, perché ricordavo un servizio impeccabile e curato nei dettagli. Spero possano migliorare, perché il potenziale c’è, ma l’esperienza attuale non è stata all’altezza delle aspettative.

Buongiorno volevo segnalare che finalmente ci sono campeggi che tutelano la pace per le persone che non hanno figli o che hanno figli adulti Mi dispiace per il Signore che si è sentito a disagio.... per i suoi bambini però vorrei dirgli che noi ci siamo trovati spesso e volentieri tanto male a causa dei bambini ma non tanto per i bambini che devono giocare ma quanto ai genitori che non Badano che i suoi bambini non disturbino cosa che succede spesso questo fa sì che i campeggi only adult sono più che graditi Mi spiace per il signore che troverà sicuramente dei campeggi Kinder free noi sicuramente saremo presenti perché cerchiamo pace e non urla o schizzi di bambini che si tuffano nella piscina comunque campeggio molto bello

Unsere Stellpl?tze lagen direkt bei der Pizzeria und gegenüber vom Kinderpool/Spielplatz, was zu erheblichem L?rm führte. Für Ruhesuchende ist dieser Bereich daher nicht ideal. Die Liegen am Au?enpool waren stark abgenutzt, mit gro?en L?chern in den Bezügen, was keinen einladenden Eindruck machte. Positiv hervorheben m?chte ich die Massage meines Mannes – diese war ausgezeichnet. Leider war meine Gel-Maniküre und Pediküre ein Desaster: Die Mitarbeiterin wirkte nicht ausreichend ausgebildet, das Ergebnis war unbrauchbar. Nach meiner Beschwerde musste ich die Behandlung trotzdem bezahlen. Man hat mir lediglich das Entfernen und Neuauftragen des Gels erlassen, was jedoch kaum ins Gewicht fiel. Noch ?rgerlicher war der Zeitverlust von drei Stunden und die Notwendigkeit, einen anderen Salon zu suchen, um die Arbeit korrigieren zu lassen. Ein echtes Entgegenkommen oder eine professionelle Reaktion der Gesch?ftsleitung gab es leider nicht. Insgesamt ist der Platz sch?n angelegt und bietet einiges, wirkt aber unpers?nlich und zeigte sich im Problemfall leider sehr unprofessionell.

We stayed at the hotel August 28th-30th 2025. We got the hotel late afternoon 18.30 hafter riding 65 kms roughly. Although our luggage were brought to the hotel at 10.25 am our luggage was at the lobby because the receptionists didn’t send it to our room or help us to bring it at our arrival. Also we had to storage ourselves our bikes at bike lockers. The receptionist was extremely unhelpful. The hotel facilities and breakfast were good though.

Really nice place with excellent location, overviewing both the sea and the old town. They have a pizzeria and a steakhouse too, so you don’t have to leave for dinner. Staff is really nice and helpful. We were in the adults only resort, the room is spacious and clean. There are more wellness facilities with heated pool, jacuzzis and saunas. Must try is their beer spa, where you can drink unlimited beer from tap, highly recommended! ????

This place is absolutely amazing. Super clean, beautifully maintained, with very friendly and helpfull staff. We will be back for sure. We loved the fact that the wellness part was not packed, it was quiet and relaxing, as it should be. We are well rested what was our main goal.

Very posh resort, with great facilities. Lots of excellent restaurants in the area, and a beautiful setting for the breakfast buffet at the hotel.

Very nice resort! Wide greenery! Vast breakfast offer. Great cocktails by the pool. We reserves this hotel on booking since it was an adults only but when we arrived, we realized that only the indoor pool and spa (of course) were adults only. Unfortunately it doesn’t make much sense if everywhere else was fool of children, especially the outdoor pool. We obviously didn’t read the description well.. The indoor pool was nice and the sauna. Huge suit with big terrace.
