房間光線充足,衛生程度不錯,洗手間設備齊全,房間空間大,早餐還可以,改善加多些水果及蛋糕款色,牛油及果醬用獨立包裝較衛生,唯一較失望就是泳池,圖片跟現實差十倍,太遜色,前臺服務很有禮貌,解答客人的要求,整體都滿意的！

This is my second time staying at this hotel. When Checked in I was assigned a room with a terrible smell in the air. But the receptionist promptly changed my room. Best breakfast.

酒店房間可以，性價比很高，員工服務意識很好，有求必應，介紹去很好中餐館吃海鮮，好吃，便宜，點贊????

酒店空中花園平臺不錯，有游泳池與BBQ 地方，早餐也在那里。酒店對面大馬路，車多難過馬路，對面有家 Holland bakery 千層蛋糕非常好吃，不能錯過??

酒店設施齊全，各方面都很好，早餐很好，酒店干凈，酒店周邊吃飯地方不有，旁邊胡同有一個做中餐的還可以，附近步行10多分鐘有個大的購物中心，里面好吃的多，中途經過中國領事館。

I stayed overnight in surabaya before going back to jakarta…..i found this hotel is quite nice….it is located on the main road and has lots of parking space and it’s easier for us to park by ourselves….

When we arrived,we were greeted by a friendly receptionist and explained us about our room and the facilities of this hotel.

Overall,this is a recommended hotel for those who are staying in surabaya….
