It was a great stay at this hotel. All staff were very kind and attentive. Near to shopping mall. Easy to get grab to surabaya city.

Buffet breakfast was amazing! Attentive staff who asked about the meal and guided us throughout. Not to mention, the breakfast had many options! View from the room is really pretty too!

房間還可以，住的地方不怎么塞車，前臺有個會說中文的小姐姐，我好喜歡她，很適合做老婆，如有后續非凡国际幫我問到聯系方式不勝感激！

挺不錯的，不過預訂的時候已經沒有含早的了房型了加早大概六十多，非常不值。
房間征途沒啥毛病，稍微舊了點但是干凈整潔，網絡連接也不錯，來出差沒毛病。以后可以作為泗水停留的一個據點。

酒店服務不錯但房間里設施有點舊，花灑無法固定，玻璃門無法正常拉開，但一通電話都立即派了人來修護，只是有噪音無法解決，隔天立即換了一房間，總體上來說還是滿意下次還會來住！
