Everything excellent as this my repeat stay. Just thinking best is the hotel can offer room type upgrade will be perfectly. The pool need to have proper service as the title is out from the floor . And walking distance to the colmar for some activities and fun + dinning

I love this resort for their hospitality and comfortable room. I booked a one-bed room suit for 2 nights. Me and partner just need a place to relax and chill, so we do not expect a happening place and this place is just nice for us. We drove our own and we were greater by the hotel staff on arrival, the staff is there ready to help us for the luggage and the manager helped me to park my car so that we can proceed to check-in. Welcome drink and as served and it was honey lemon mint, which is refreshing and taste nice. The check-in process was fast and the lady staff (sorry I forgot the name) is very friendly and helpful. She even escort us to the room. As I read the review that some rooms come with smart TV while some not, so I put a special request to ask for a room with smart TV since our plan is to chill in the room. So my request was taken note by the hotel which I am Impressed. The room is very spacious and new, the living room is huge and comes with the TV. The bedroom is spacious too and the bed is very comfortable. In addition, the bed room comes with a smart tv as well, so we enjoyed our time watching Netflix. The one bed room suit comes with 2 toilets and 1 shower room which I find it’s good. My room came with breakfast which I think the food spread is just nice as we don’t expect a widespread of food which is a e can’t have much as well. All the staff that we met in the resort are very well-trained, friendly. I would come back for their great hospitality and comfy room. For me, it worth the money that we paid off.
