Staff was nice but could not communicate properly. Collins street is shut down so you have to walk a couple of block to the hotel with your luggage. Room was not what was expected. Clean but hot water was not working, shower handle broken.

Room was somewhat clean, but everything was so old. Some staff was friendly, but some not so much. Some didn't speak English, so it was hard to judge. There was no beach view, and there was NO breakfast available. Then, it happened i forgot something in room, i came back to the hotel, and they told me they don't have it. I know where i left it, and I know they HAD my stuff, but told me they didn't find it. I know for sure it wasn't true.

We only conferred with the desk at check in and that was all we did we ate out . Didn’t see much staff .

The room was clean, my husband and I liked it because the floor has tiles no carpet. The hotel could use a make over especially around the elevator but it wasn't bad.

Tienen varias deficiencias, tienen problemas en recepción con su terminal, la habitación asignada era peque?a y la puerta del ba?o es de vidrio el cual con la luz se veían los cuerpos, íbamos en familia hijas con papá fue incómodo, el restaurante opera con varias limitantes en menú y espacio, las bicicletas no servían las cadenas salían de su lugar. Era la segunda vez que nos hospedamos aquí y fue muy diferente en comparación con el alojamiento que tuvimos en abril, ojalá mejoren

This is a very nice well kept historic building hotel. The bell boy was very sweet and nice and was willing to take a photo of me and my brother in front of this iconic hotel from GTA Vice city. The rooms were very nice and the AC was nice and cool.
