There were hidden resort fees. The toilet didn't flush properly. The door didn't lock properly. The room telephone didn't work. Management refused to give us a new room and didn't give us a promised credit.
The room was clean and the location is ideal.

Hotel location is great, bed was...ok... but the frame it was on was not. House keeping tried to come in before check out, thankfully had the chain on the door. Shower/tub could really use updating, appears dirty but really i think its just old. Would I stay there again? Probably. Could it use some updates, absolutely.

Room Was ok. Shower head was in need for replacement. Some of the staff where rood, Or just do not understan english. Average.

This is a conveniently located accommodation, perfect for travelers seeking easy access to local attractions. It is situated near a variety of restaurants offering diverse cuisines, several shopping stores, vibrant nightclubs, the nearby beach for relaxing or water activities, and South Pointer Park for outdoor recreation. I was nearly inclined to give it a five-star rating; however, the room's heater was not working, and during my stay, the nights were uncomfortably cold. This place offered bag/luggage checks before your check-in time which was amazing. Overall, my stay was pleasant except for the fact that at night the room was super cold.

Tout trop cher et pas aux standards européens.
Trop bruyant intérieur et extérieur, pas de qualité de service, prix déraisonnable pour tout.
Uniquement emplacement et Miami très bien.
A ne conseiller qu'à des jeunes gens pour faire la fête.

Property is pretty bare bones although very clean and take care of customers. Pictures in the room on the otherwise bare walls would be a great addition.

Staff at front really friendly, room was fine, beach was amazingly close by. Free bikes really helped to get us around the beach area. Overall we are very happy we stayed here.

Room was ok. Shower took forever to warm up; not heat up. Other than that, it’s was an ok place to stay.
