Spring Break Madness
Really great staff. Definitely a lot older than what we expected but still very comfortable. Honestly my only complaint would be the size of the shower, and that's really not a big deal. We stayed only 1 night since we were leaving for a cruise the next morning. We completely forgot it was spring break but it didn't effect us. Rooms were sound proof. Food at the restaurant was pricey but decent.

Eurostar Haven beautiful quaint deco art building right across from the beach. Loved our ocean view room. We enjoyed having beach chair service and bikes. Great location to walk to restaurants and activities. Staff were warm, friendly and helpful. Very happy with our choice - and would come back again for the amazing Miami hot vibes!

Lovely boutique hotel right opposite South Beach. Staff were very attentive and helpful. We had an issue with our booking through the travel agent which they helped to resolve. The hotel had a great vibe, very art deco. The hotel offers beach towels and sunbeds on the beach but you have to hire a parasol if you need one. I believe they also offer free hire of bikes which is a nice touch. Breakfast was lovely in the hotel, I would highly recommend it.

The Winter Haven Hotel is in a prime location with the best value for money and friendly and attentive service. Upon arriving, I was warmly greeted and attended to by Cristina, offered a welcome drink by another staff member who also helps with luggage and was always quick to smile and say hello. Tye is also great with friendly service and personable with guests. Also appreciated were complimentary water bottles everyday, even without my asking, and towels for the beach. You can also rent bicycles and compared to other hotels, the resort fee is more economical. The bedroom and washroom was compact, clean, and key to remember is this is an art deco hotel. The staff are friendly, humble, down to earth, and ready to help in whatever way they can.

La location dell’albergo è sicuramente la cosa migliore che ha. Si affaccia su Ocean Drive a pochi metri dalla spiaggia e dalla movida notturna di Miami Beach. Il servizio è ottimo e le camere sono spaziose e complete di tutto. bella la terrazza sul tetto e si può mangiare alla trattoria italiana collegata all’albergo stesso!

Cute hotel in a great location by the beach with friendly staff. Aaron was very nice and attentive to our needs. Will stay here again!

Excellent! beautiful art deco building. clean and cozy rooms. superb service from everyone. unbeatable location. i really don't understand some comments about the size of the rooms.. more than enough to have a pleasant stay and rest. Will come back whenever possible. thank you for the hospitality!!!!!

We checked in today. Easy Quick Check in. We got a welcome drink. Location right in t he middle of Miami Beach. Room very nice with ocean view. Clean. Friendly and accommodating staff. Aaron was very pleasant and helpful. She made our stay much more pleasant! We will certainly be back if we come back to Miami again! :)

This was the best stay I have ever had in the Miami south Beach area. The staff is attentive, genuine, and kind whenever you walk in the door. Pat, who worked at the front desk, made a very positive impression with his kindness and attentiveness to his guests, ensuring we were greeted with a friendly word/ smile with each encounter. I would recommend this hotel to anyone I know staying in this area.

What a nice place! Newly renovated, perfect location, lovely staff. Restaurant is excellent, we took breakfast there each morning. Beach is across the street, they provide beach towels and chairs. It’s a 1930s hotel all fixed up new but rooms are small and no jacuzzi, pool etc.
