A very convenient location, right behind the beach. Friendly concierge staff, smooth luggage storage service. However the room is a bit smelly, which should not happen in a four star hotel.

Very small, old room with very little amenities. The towels were so rough that it left my skin raw. My first night there was a bunch of screaming that kept me up. The only benefit is the beach is across the street. No toiletries offered except for toilet paper. For the proce, this is not worth it.
The closet smelled and had a musty odor. The bed was small, no other seating nor desk area.

Our stay was perfect.Everything from check-in until check-out was perfect. Clean and beautiful. Friendly stuff and especially Vaib at the front desk made my birthday week special.

The desk that was very helpful with any questions we had the location was perfect with the beach across the street. Everything was very quiet inside.

The staff was very courteous. Hotel room was clean and its proximity to restaurants and the beach were two factors that made it really desirable. We only wish their meal options were more vegan friendly.

Our first room was really nice, but the air conditioning malfunctioned. Santiago was very helpful, and found us another room right away. The new room was even nicer than th first. Great stay.

Beautiful property with scenic views.This property was in walking distance of everything. My partner and I loved it. We just didnt love it didnt have a microwave or pool.

The staff were absolutely amazing and went above and beyond. I love the decor and the Italy vibe this hotel gives. I also like the convenience of the hotel being extremely close to the beach and shops. The city view was amazing and the beach view was pretty. The only thing that I could critique is the mold in the shower area, the smell the A/C unit gives off, and the sheets seemed to be overly used and could use a newer set. Other than that, everything was great.
