Clean, attention to detail with the little things. Check in was easy and ample space. Noise at night from others moving around the property, but that’s a guest thing, not a motel thing so over all, super impressed.

room was good, undercover parking , convenient to our needs ,staff friendly and helpful.cafe downstairs.. happy to recommend .

This is a lovely motel and very clean. The staff obviously take pride in this place and it shows. It will be my motel of choice when I am in Ballina ????

Regular I'm a regular here. Walking distance to the bowls club for meals.your key gives you member prices.

The room was clean and tidy, perhaps some investment to spruce the room and balcony up which comes across a little dated.

We love staying at homestead because the people are pleasant and helpful. I enjoy being able to have breakfast and coffee in the cafe. The motel is in a convenient position - near the sports centre and sports club). The mattress was lumpy, soft and uncomfortable. Also, there was only one towel rail for up to 4 people but I will definitely stay there again.

Lovely place with very accommodating management; we had asked to access the room early to get ready for a wedding and they went out of their way to assist. Breakfast in the attached cafe was really good and reasonably priced too!

We have stayed at plenty of awful budget motels while travelling, but this one was super clean and inviting, staff were incredibly responsive and helpful - when you're exhausted and a little panicked about finding somewhere to rest it means the world when you find a kind and accommodating place to stop!
