De ligging van dit hotel is zeer goed. Je bent op 10 minuten in het centrum en er is vlakbij voldoende eetgelegenheid. Ook is er een Tesco en Lidl om de hoek voor wanneer je wat inkopen wil doen. Er is parking bij het hotel, maar die is betalend en dat is wel een beetje jammer. Je zou verwachten dat dit bij in de prijs zit. De kamers zijn vrij basic en onpersoonlijk. Veel ruimte is er ook niet om bijvoorbeeld je bagage kwijt te geraken. Er is wel airco, wat dan weer interessant is voor de wat warmere dagen. De bedden waren helemaal prima. Het personeel is correct, maar mist de vriendelijkheid en de persoonlijke touch die je zou verwachten van de Brit. Als je nieuwe handdoeken wil, krijg je die in je armen geduwd, maar er komt niemand je bed opmaken, de natte handdoeken weghalen of de vuilbak leegmaken, ook al heb je dat verzocht aan de balie. Het ontbijt lijkt in eerste instantie erg uitgebreid, maar als snel kom je erachter dat er eigenlijk geen 'normaal' beleg is. Geen kaas of ham. Als je dus geen zin hebt in een rijk Brits ontbijt met eieren en spek, ben je al snel aangewezen op een boterham met choco of confituur en dat is jammer. Bij een volgend bezoek aan Stratford gaan we toch uitkijken naar een ander (gezelliger) hotel.

Excellent service and room without breaking the bank. Spent three nights on the breakfast and meal package. Room and bathroom were lovely - comfy bed and clean modern bathroom. Staff were fantastic, attentive and super helpful. Close to town centre. Had a great stay - thank you.

Needed a well deserved break with my husband. We are two professionals who work in stressful jobs Went away on a whim to Stratford Upon Avon Waterways This was an excellent choice To the left of the hotel on the main road there are pizza shop, lidl, tesco very convenient To the right a Mcdonalds and if you keep going you will a high street full of shops restaurants afternoon restaurants keep going you will see a grass area man on stilts, riverside walk ice cream vans it was amazing I have rebooked and taking two of my four children

Really enjoyed our stay here. The food was lovely and the rooms clean The TV had loads of channels to choose from. The shower was amazing with a waterfall head and a hand shower too. The purple lighting option in the bathroom is a great idea to leave on during the night. Windows do not open but the aircon works perfectly. The restaurant overlooks the canal and we saw swans, signets and even an otter. The walk alongside the canal is lovely. The best thing about this hotel though is the staff. They are really busy and have to do a lot of different jobs, working front of house and bar and restaurant all at the same time. They all found time to have a little chat and make sure everything was OK. There were a few difficult guests yet the staff managed to keep a smile on their faces and tried to help in any way they could. They definitely need to be paid more and for there to be more staff.

We had a great stay at Premier inn Waterways at Stratford upon Avon, the room was very good and the ￡10,99 breakfast was great value for money ,the staff were very polite and always helpful even though they were very busy nothing was too much trouble
