The service was very good, but the food portions were extremely small for the price and there was no presentation at all. For what you pay, the food should be much better.

Stayed in a premier plus room. Comfortable room, good WiFi with coffee machine and rainfall shower, nice view of Stratford upon Avon, Good location beside a canel, 10 minute walk to Shakespeare house has a lift to the 3rd floor. Staff friendly and helpful. Good parking but have to pay when you leave. Overall excellent stay.

We have been staying at this Premier Inn for some years now, we are always looked after by Owen who is the most amazing human being. Nothing is ever too much for him and always done with a big beautiful smile! He is definitely the reason why we keep coming back. He is an absolute credit to the Premier Inn and worth his weight in gold! Thank you so much Owen you really do make all the difference.

It was fine and a clean room and exactly what I needed for 1 night. It was Saturday and right in the middle of the town but very quiet. Great receptionist and food was standard travel lodge so no issues. Parking was about 5 minutes away but I knew this when I booked so no complaints and only ￡3.60 for the night. Good modern quiet room.

Waterways was excellent in every respect. Room clean, staff attentive, food good and reception was quick. Parking reasonable and overall price was good. We asked for a quiet room and we got it. We will stay here again when we come to Stratford.

One of the larger Premier Inns. It has lifts and a decent bar and restaurant. Car parking isn't free costing ￡7 for 24 hours but that's not too bad for Stratford. The room was clean and quiet. The staff were friendly and helpful. It is just a ten minute walk into the town centre and to the theatres, so well situated.

Great location less than 5 minutes flat walk from town centre and Shakespeares Birthplace on Henley Street. Chose a canal room on 2nd floor which was super quiet. Whole hotel was very clean and modern and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. Very comfy bed and good breakfast options. Will be back.

Lovely hotel, car park is small for the amount of rooms they have. Room was clean, bed was really comfortable and clean. Breakfast was good to.

非常滿意的入住衞生乾凈房間有窗光線好。前臺服務周到check in And check out都很快。寄存行李也很乾脆，沒收費。早餐傳統英式早餐的內容都有重要的事有熱茶。令我非常受用。全五分推薦。
