Check in and check out was seamless. Just that the furniture and fixtures in the room were a bit old and needs renovation.

Staff where polite and kind , the room had bad smell from drain in shower i,having shower was making the smell worse that overflowed threw the other drain , very bad smell

The rooms had comfortable beds, excellent water pressure in the shower, and very good air conditioning in the room which is a must. The clerk, Roberto, was very helpful numerous times with several things i inquired about. Parking was plentiful. The pool was sizable and comfortable. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Location is very good, close to the center and to the airport. Rooms are smaller than typical hotel of this category in the area. Linens can smell better. Staff can be better trained. Overall can be ok for a one night stay.

Me gustó mucho, mis hijas disfrutaron la piscina. Me orientaron como disfrutar Managua.

Some stains on towels and the bathroom is pretty small - but overall you get what you pay for

Centrally located and walking distance to downtown. Convenience store nearby. Brekafast is good. The Nuat Thai Spa inside the hotel is already closed though. But overall, highly recommended.
