Too many unattentive staffin main resto . Need training. I am a world traveller

It was all good except that I find the room without windows not so my type. Furthermore, find it a bit crampy but I was able to enjoy my stay. Would be better if they can improve the food selection for their buffet breakfast.

Nice hotel has everything for a nice stay or break . Breakfast was masarap , third time to stay . I will use again

All is well, the only problem is transportation it is expensive and not reliable.

Room is little but comfort. Has everything you need just be a little bit difficult open the shower. Breakfast was ok if you like salty one but no sweet options.

The Front desk sorted my concerns upon checking out, as I thought i did gave deposits, it was a
Mistake in my part and i do apologise for the mistake..

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Estrella. The front desk staff and doorman gave such a warm, genuine welcome that immediately set a positive tone for my visit. The room had a few minor dents and cracks on the wall, but it still looked elegant and well-kept overall. The buffet breakfast was also impressive—great selection and delicious food. Overall, a pleasant and satisfying stay.
