I was here for one night, and had a nice time. My room was very clean, the bed and linen were comfortable. The bathroom was new/recently renovated. The b&b was quiet and Alex the owner was very helpful. This is a very short walk ＜5-10minutes into town and to the theatre if you are going, overall I really liked Stratford and this was a good spot to stay! There is an also a shared microwave, fridge and dining spot which was helpful as a solo traveller. I would stay here again.

I stayed here with my two daughters this week, Alex gave us a warm welcome when we arrived and was so helpful & attentive during our stay of two nights. Our room was comfy, warm and spotlessly clean, couldn't fault it. We look forward to staying with Alex again.

Excellent guest house, clean, tidy and Alex couldn’t do enough to make our stay pleasant. She was knowledgable with the area and restaurants to visit. Alex is a real credit to the family run business. We will be back. Thanks for a comfortable stay.

We stayed here overnight and were extremely happy with all aspects of the b&b. Alex was amazing, lovely and helpful - available immediately if needed and the place was spotless and modern. It’s in an idea location, so close to everything - we can’t recommend the salamander guesthouse enough and will definitely return!

I was staying at the Salamander Guest House during the heat wave in July 2022 that disrupted many things in the UK. One of those things was my train back to London. Not only was Alex patient and helpful while I tried to figure out what to do, she even offered to (and did) drive me to another town in order to catch a train there. It was so kind and I will always be grateful! Besides that, it's a lovely house and the room was clean and neat.

Struttura tipica, pulita e tranquilla a due minuti a piedi dal centro, la, consiglio vivamente anche a chi si muove con i mezzi pubblici. Devo ringraziare di CUORE Alex, per la gentilezza e la pazienza per aver trovato il modo di farmi vedere alcuni punti magici delle Cotswollds anche con i mezzi pubblici. Trovo sia un ottimo punto di partenza per visitare i dintorni. A presto ??
