We’re sorry to hear that your stay did not meet your expectations, especially when comparing it to your usual choices in Bielefeld. Normally I would say our standard is was higher then the mentioned hotels. We truly appreciate your honest comments and will take them into consideration as we continue to improve our services.We regret the issues you encountered with the mattress, the smell in the room, and the Wi-Fi. These are certainly not the standards we aim for, and we will have our team look into these matters immediately. We are there everyday of the week for our guests, just on Sonday afternoon you have to use the check-in counter to enter teh hotel.
