The suite was great and the front desk staff were very helpful. Restaurant food was good but service was not. For those who are driving, be advised there is no secure parking available. During our stay our car, and others', were broken into.

All staff in the hotel were very friendly and well mannered. Food was great quality and good choice.

I checked the website for any information i needed before I booked the room. When we arrived at the hotel I didn’t have my drivers license on me, and they would not let me into my room without it( this was not stated anywhere) they had us sit in the lobby for a half hour while my husband drove home to get it. It also does not state ANYWHERE that guests are expected to pay for parking. This was a very frustrating surprise as the hotel is expensive enough. I will never stay here again. A terrible check in experience. Unfriendly staff at front desk.

Situated in the historic Forks - the hotel was excellent, new and lots of great walking areas right outside. We easily parked in the parkade with our truck, and when we were ready for supper we ate at The Old Spahggitti Factory (also excellent) next door. I would stay here again.

Great lunch, service and welcome. Food was delicious, waiting time short and we were looked after! The atmosphere was busy but friendly and the menu variety was splendid. I had the sea bream on a bed of curried veg - absolutely delicious. We will be back! Thanks to Lauren and staff for their care!

Great venue great location,comfortable clean rooms,warm and welcoming staff with really good food. Every meal was excellent and piping hot (my usual whinge when out!) We will definitely re book in the future as we enjoyed our stay if only a short on immensely.

Great customer service. The hotel is located in a prime spot. Easily access to the forks and the trail alone the river.

Brilliant service and a lovely Place to stay. This is the 3rd year we’ve stayed here and it never disappoints. Such friendly service, brilliant rooms and great food. They go the extra mile to make sure your stay is the best. Thank you guys for another year.

Stayed here for a couple of nights and it was good. The room was nice and quiet considering it is a pub as well. A good shower with copious hot water and adequate facilities. No fridge in room but bar staff supplied a small thermos of milk to enable you to make drinks. The bed was very comfortable and spacious. Parking was free, too. The restaurant is ok and he portions, generous. I was supposed to have crushed new potatoes, and although they were new potatoes, they had been fried as well! There was a good choice for breakfast but lacked a good choice of fresh fruit. The coffee was one of the best served in a pub.
