“Absolutely Exceptional Stay!” A truly wonderful experience! ?? Everything about Grand Tirolia Kitzbühel exceeded my expectations. The service was outstanding, the staff were welcoming and professional, and the rooms were extremely comfortable. The location is stunning, the food is excellent, and the atmosphere is pure luxury. I will definitely return!

Wir haben 2 N?chte übernachtet und man muss echt sagen, dass die Lage des Hotels hervorragend ist. Binnen 7 Minuten ist man im Ortskern von Kitzbühel. Das Service war wirklich mehr als nur zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück hervorragend! Auch die Zimmer sind gro? und ger?umig mit riesigen Balkon. Die beiden SPA Bereiche waren ebenfalls sehr beeindruckend. Einziges Manko ist meines Erachtens das Parken, welches mit € 30,- pro Nacht verrechnet wird. Das sollte eigentlich im Zimmerpreis enthalten sein, denn ohne Auto kommt man dort sowieso nicht hin.

Vi havde en virkelig god tid p? Grand Tirolia. Sikke en smuk beliggenhed og der er alt hvad man kan ?nske sig p? hotellet og omegn. Personalet var utrolig flinke og hensynsfulde. Man bem?rkede n?rmest ikke at hotellet var fuld booket, da alt foregik i ro og respekt for g?sternes behov for privatliv.

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub in einem hervorragenden Hotel. Hier war nahezu alles perfekt, Einrichtung, Service, Ambiente und Freundlichkeit. Wir werden das Haus ganz sicher wieder besuchen, denn die Umgebung ist sowieso ein Traum, auch unsere Kinder waren begeistert. Besonderes Kompliment noch an den Front Office Shiftleader Max, er ist hervorzuheben, immer freundlich und bemüht alle Wünsche zu erfüllen. Danke für eine fantastische Zeit!

Was uns an diesem Hotel besonders begeistert hat, war die absolute Freundlichkeit, das Interesse an uns als Gast und das alles so überaus gepflegt und wundersch?n gestaltet ist. Unser Zimmer hat uns sehr, sehr gut gefallen. Für uns pers?nlich war das Bett ein bisschen zu hart, aber das ist reine Geschmackssache und es ist nun mal nicht m?glich, dass für jeden Rücken immer das ideale Bett in einem Hotelzimmer steht. Doch alles andere war wirklich hervorragend. Der Golfplatz hat uns sehr gut gefallen- vor allem der ausgezeichnete Pflegezustand. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Really great luxury family hotel in the Alps We spent 4 nights in a panoramic family suite and it was really great. The room was lovely and the balcony and views were spectacular. The buffet breakfast and the cocktail bar were fantastic. The swimming pool and spa were really great for the whole family. Overall a great stay and we highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel has constructions ongoing so it could be very annoying when construction working is right outside your room. We demanded to change to a different room. The hotel was accommodating. But the cleaning service for the new room didn’t arrive until after 6pm. Combining daily cleaning with turndown? Amazing! So we said no to room cleaning. Service at this hotel leaves a lot to be desired.

As a frequent traveler around the world staying in 5 star hotels, this hotel ranks in the top 5 in my travels. The staff was highly accommodating and kind, the breakfast buffet top notch with a wide variety of food. The spa was so good and even better than many dedicated spa resorts (they had 4 different types of saunas!). Gym was brand new with a large selection of workout equipment and the wing of the hotel we stayed at was also brand new. They have a ton of activities for kids (dedicated pool area and activity center). They are also building a whole new section of playground outside if you have little ones. Next time I'm back in Kitzbuhel I'll definitely be staying here.
