If you plan on sleeping past 3:45am don't stay here. Construction started before 4am every morning directly outside the window to the room. Impossible to sleep through. Staff should have disclosed this prior to booking. They also should have let you know the facilities(fitness room) was down. They said I could go to the Westin("sister") hotel and use there, however when I showed up the staff at the Westin appeared very turned off and had me "wait in the lobby until they could get someone to escort me". after 10 minutes it was apparent they would not, as I walked out the receptionist looked at me like good, leave. Major disappointment from a hotel that claims to be an elite in the area.

They said dint charge me for the destination fee, so I couldn’t use the 25 credits for the restaurant. However, I did get charged of that when I asked for the receipt when I checked out.

昼も夜も24时间どのスタッフさんも优しく丁宁で亲切でした！清扫スタッフさんも皆さん明るく挨拶して顶きました！とても安心して泊まれるホテルです！アメニティはアメリカだからか石鹸とボディクリームだけでシャワーの所にシャンプートリートメントボディソープはありました！ショップのお兄さんも色々説明して教えてくれて优しかったです！ただ扉が闭まる音はうるさいです??周りには饮食店も沢山あるしスーパーもあって便利です！！野球やバスケットの试合を観に行くにはとてもいい场所だと思います！！
