A full refurbishment was originally scheduled prior to the COVID-19 pandemic, which unfortunately rendered us dormant for an extended period. However, we hope to complete these upgrades in the very near future.While the furnishings may not be brand new, we want to reassure you that we take our cyclical cleaning and maintenance standards very seriously. We are committed to maintaining the highest levels of cleanliness throughout the property, with nothing in our rooms is left uncleaned. Apologies for the oversight with the curtains. We have begun our cyclical clean early in light of this - rest assured I have since had the housekeeping team attend to the marks on the top of the curtains - thank you for highlighting this Joanna. Your comments help us continue to improve, and we thank you again for sharing them.
