Hotel ben curato, persone gentile e accogliente. Colazione ricca, con personale efficiente e disponibile. All’interno della struttura ci sono diverse attività di cui purtroppo non abbiamo potuto usufruire (per colpa nostra). Abbiamo avuto la possibilità di prenotare la stanza con vista lago. Mozzafiato!! Parcheggio disponibile e ben organizzato.

Siamo stati qui ad agosto 2025, abbiamo soggiornato in villa calmetta che si trova a 200-300 metri dalla reception e le piscine. Camera molto ampia e bagno molto bello, purtroppo non era molto comodo il fatto di essere distanti dal bar, piscine ecc… in quanto le salite non sono da poco. Le piscine molto belle soprattutto quella interna molto rilassante in quanto era quasi sempre vuota. Bar carino con vista sul lago. Sala colazione ENORME con cibo di ogni tipo, veramente bella. Esperienza molto carina

Very clean rooms with a great view of the lake. We stayed in the junior suite. 25 mins walk into Limone.
Bed was a bit hard for my liking and air conditioning didn’t work well (new room with high tech system but not very easy to operate!)

Wir kamen an und das Personal hat uns gastfreundlich willkommen gehei?en. Wir waren zu 4 und haben 2 Zimmer gebucht. Pro Zimmer hatten wir einen Hund, sie wurden auch sehr willkommen gehei?en, das Personal hat uns bei der Ankunft ein kleines Geschenk für unsere kleinen Freunden gegeben. Verst?ndlicherweise hat uns das Personal darauf angewiesen, dass der Hund nicht mit zu den Speises?len mitgenommen werden durfte und auch nicht ins Wasser durfte, aber dennoch in dem Hotel durfte er rumlaufen und immer mitkommen. Das Hotel, das Essen und das Personal dort ist super und wirklich empfehlenswert, auch für Leute, die den eigenen Hund mitnehmen wollen. Wir sind alle super zufrieden!!

Unser 6. Aufenthalt – und bestimmt nicht der letzte! Wir waren nun schon zum sechsten Mal in diesem wundersch?nen Hotel – und was soll man sagen? Es ist jedes Mal aufs Neue ein absoluter Traum. Wir waren, in den sechs malen, wo wir dort waren, schon in verschiedenen Geb?uden vom Hotel. Unser pers?nlicher Favorit war die ?Villa Blumen“. Die Zimmer sind sehr sch?n und modern ausgestattet, sowie ein sch?ner Balkon mit toller Aussicht auf den Gardasee. Insgesamt waren alle Zimmer immer sehr sauber und das Putzpersonal freundlich. Der einzige negative Punkt ist, dass wir bei den etwas ?lteren Zimmern in der ?Villa Royal“ immer Ameisen im Zimmer hatten. Ist bei all den positiven Punkten und Erlebnissen, die wir in diesen vielen Jahren hatten wirklich nur eine kleine Sache, aber ich wollte es einmal erw?hnt haben. Das Essen ist immer ein Highlight für uns – abwechslungsreich, frisch, lecker und für jeden ist etwas dabei. Hier bleibt wirklich kein Wunsch offen! Ein gro?es Lob geht hier auch an die Kellner raus, die wirklich immer sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und ordentlich gearbeitet haben. Auch die Lage ist einfach perfekt: ruhig, erholsam, viel Natur rundherum und nah an allem, was man braucht. Für uns steht fest: Auch n?chstes Jahr kommen wir ganz bestimmt wieder. Dieses Hotel hat unser Herz gewonnen, und wir freuen uns schon jetzt auf den n?chsten Aufenthalt!

Lovely Hotel
Lovely hotel. Staff were very friendly. Only downside was dirty glasses and cups nit cleaned from room. Had to ask, but after that they onky did it once as if it were a special request, but otherwise, a lovely hotel.

We stayed in the main hotel that has recently been refurbished. It was very clean and comfortable with a modern design. We only used the pool on this side of the hotel which had beautiful views. Again it was well kept, clean and tidy. It’s not heated so was absolutely freezing but that was not a bad thing on the really hot days. Yes, it’s a family hotel so expect children playing in the pool. If you want peace and quiet then you should book an adult only hotel. The indoor pool was ok, quite small and you have to pay extra for the spa. Food was ok, it lacked variety but what was available was nice. You can book the Italian restaurant but it is just buffet self service so nothing special. We were half board so we paid for lunch a couple of days at the pool bar, it was excellent and not too pricey for hotel food. The drinks on the other hand were a bit on the expensive side. There are plenty of nice restaurants in the main town. All of the staff were very attentive around the hotel. Reception were helpful but a little more information at check in would have been useful. You can get towels for the pool from reception which we weren’t told about. You can order a breakfast to go from reception if you’re out early which we did a couple of days. The location of the hotel is up a very steep hill, we walked it every day. You can carry on going up the hill from the hotel and it comes to a waterfall. There are some great walks in the area and would highly recommended exploring them. There is also a little supermarket further up from the hotel, only a couple of minutes walk which was very useful. There was a shuttle bus from the hotel to and from the main area, I think it was €2.50 pp each way that went a few times each day. We didn’t feel the need to use it but those that are less active might find it useful. I wouldn’t recommend the hotel if you have mobility issues. Overall it was a pleasant stay and for the price we paid (compared to other hotels in the area) it was worth it. The views from the hotel are stunning so worth the hike up the hill!

Purtroppo molto al di sotto delle asepttative , ci hanno affidato una camera superior anziche' una confort, ma sinceramente la camera era piu' una camerata,mancava di prodotti da bagno,il frigo bar vuoto,un solo cuscino per letto,carta igenica tipo cartone,asciugamani mancanti,chiave di metallo,letto troppo morbido , colazione dozzinale, le paste secche,lo yogurt solo pochi gusti,tutto abbondante ma non di qualita',mancante di caffe d'orzo, il caffe cattivo,non da potersi chiamare 4 stelle,adatto a famiglie con bambini per via delle tre piscine di cui una interna,ma molto piccola

Wir waren schon des ?fteren in diesem Hotel. Kommen gerne. Hier k?nnen wir uns gut erholen.
Das Hotel wurde neu renoviert, au?en und innen. Wir waren in einem neuen Zimmer mit Seeblick über der Musicbar. Richtig sch?n.
Frühstück/Abendessen Buffet mit Getr?nken ist gut.
Es wird deutsch gesprochen.
