Hello.Today we just came back from 1 week vacation to Hotel Heaven Sunny Beach. We were 4 family ,we stayed in 4 rooms.the services from the hotel was for 1 star(not 4 stars), the employee from the reception, it was a very unrespectfuly girl who talk to us very bad, this is not the way to talk to a client . The cleaning room service :they cleaned the room one time in a week, they changed towel one time in a week...the hotel is not beeing renovated...nothing new, all old....I will not go back there.never!

First star goes to Bobby, the bartender at the beach bar. Second star goes to the location, on the beach Third star goes to the view from the apartment on the top floor The hotel is in a bad shape, overall. dampness on the hallways, stained carpets, appliances hanging from the walls. The food was tasty but pretty repetitive and not very varied. It looked like a catering service was used, by the way the food was brought to the restaurant. The sunbeds on the beach were no longer included

Hotel abbastanza vicino alle piste di Monte magnolia (30 min d’auto.) Camere pulite, peccato che invece di una matrimoniale abbiamo trovato due singole. Chiave d’ottone dal peso di circa mezzo chilo, no frigo, termosifone rotto, abbiamo provato per 4 volte a chiedere al personale (un po’ su di giri) di spengerlo ma niente, siamo morte di caldo. Colazione abbondante ma cereali in scatola, da prendere proprio dalla scatola di cartone. Lenzuola rigide, poco sapone. Alla fine per trascorrere solo la notte va bene, sperando che non sia la notte in cui c’è la cena con animazione fino a mezzanotte passata!

Esperienza positiva ma con un problema non di poco conto. Ottima l’accoglienza e la gentilezza, struttura un po’ datata ma pulita. Buona la cucina, con menù vario accompagnato da discrete bevande (fra l’altro incluse nel prezzo). La nota veramente negativa è stata una sorta di tortura alla quale siamo stati sottoposti mentre mangiavamo tutte le sere del nostro soggiorno. Uno spettacolino di intrattenimento a decibel altissimi e dolorosi per le nostre orecchie mentre si mangiava. Ciò ha impedito le nostre conversazioni e ha rallentato la nostra digestione! Nonostante sia stato più volte invitato a ridurre il volume o a posticipare lo spettacolo a fine cena, niente da fare! Peccato. Se non fosse stato per questo inconveniente non di poco conto, il giudizio sarebbe stato ?? ma a queste condizioni il giudizio finale è ??

Hotel vicino l'uscita della autostrada ! Sei non si sente niente! Pulito accogliente! Colazione giusta cornetti Freschi di pasticceria .il proprietario è un personaggio .carino , gentile e celere. Gli arredi sono fermi agli anni 80 però le stanze sono pulite e ampie ma gli arredi sono da svecchiare! Da potenziare il wf

I arrived here for a two day stay after five days in Thessaloniki. I booked it for a nice couple of days relaxing in the sun. The hotel is well appointed and my room seems well equipped and comfortable. But when I had had a shower and -quite reasonably asked about somewhere to sit in the sun, I was told "it's closed" You mean the pool is closed, yeah that's fine. I don't really care about that. I just want somewhere to sit in the sun. "It's closed" OK. So I can't sit out on the grass? "Its closed" It doesn't say anything about that on the Web page does it? I booked in good faith Nd I now have literally nothing to do for the next 48 hours because "its closed" No helpful suggestions offered either. The pool, by the way, looks in need of a good clean. Good job it's closed. 4 stars for the hotel, adjusted to 2 for the offhand lack of customer care.
