That is inaccurate! Every single hotel are facing the same challenges. This is the first time one of our customer has some multiple difficulties. I believe if the customer addresses those issues to our staff it would have been resolved. We do apologies for any inconvenience, but I wish he or she could have addressed the issue to our staff to see how we can help them.
