酒店地理位置不错，靠近美国瀑布。瀑景房赞，感觉看瀑景比别的更赞。入住时因为最后一间瀑景房有点问题，需要延迟办理入住，酒店积极提供了不少解决方案，布置了生日礼物，非常棒！

I wouldn’t say I had a very pleasant stay at the Brock given that I paid over 300 dollars for the night. The room was recently renovated although I came in with a very noticeable smell (left from renovation materials..?) Some corners of the room were poorly done and I see stains on the carpet…
The biggest issue I had here was the bathroom sink, which kept falling off the wall. Called the front desk and they quickly notified the maintenance person. Although this person never came and I waited till past 1AM… My room was basically without a sink for the remainder of my stay and I’m not sure what kind of resolution they’ll be able to provide.
The window is also kind of dirty, it certainly affects the Fallsview feature after all.
Overall not a pleasant stay and not recommended for this price.
