Was good stay. Just the bedroom ?little small and the views not very well hope next time stay can get a better view.

?房间的电视没有插电掣，要麻烦工作人员两次到房间维修。
?空调设备非常差，会发出巨大的声响。还要是突然间发出的令人睡觉很辛苦。
整体感觉不太良好。不建议入住。

非常好！价格很合适可以看到瀑布，在酒店大堂可以看到烟花。工作人员都非常友善热情，停车也方便。出门就是星巴克。走7分钟就到坐邮轮的地方，推荐

Very nice hotel! I originally booked a Queen-size waterfall view suite, but when I arrived the room wasn’t ready, so they kindly upgraded me to a King corner suite. I would definitely consider booking the King again if I return. The view was absolutely stunning—you can see both the US and Canadian falls, and it’s perfect for watching fireworks. The hotel is also very close to the casino, the WEGO bus, and plenty of dining options.
The facilities were excellent. The room had everything you might need: plenty of bottled water, tea, coffee, a mini-fridge, and other essentials for a comfortable stay. The shower was a bit on the small side and the water pressure could have been stronger, but since this was the penthouse, I somewhat expected that. Overall, the room was very clean, the location was convenient, and the experience was wonderful.

Got the balcony room with view and the fireworks can be seen directly from the balcony too!!

Chambre avec une vue incroyable mais quelques léger désagréments comme la Clim légèrement débo?té c’est pas beau mais c’était pas un problème pour moi en revanche le fait de devoir changer d’ascenseur en passant par le restaurant pour les chambres premium en est un !

First time I booked The Brock Tapestry Hotel at Niagara Falls. The receptionist names Montse Aguirre was very helpful, she is very kind helped us to find the nice room with Fallsview window…room is big enough for 3 adults, bed are very comfortable, clean and overall very good. If you want to book at the Brock in Niagara, don’t forget to call and find her and you will not disappointed. Definitely we will come back to this hotel again.

酒店历史悠久，设施相对较老，之前也看到评论了，所以也能接受，没有拖鞋和牙具，会提供两瓶水，check in 的时候跟前台説要一间尽量高能看到瀑布的房间，小哥説尽量，入住后发现遮挡比较明显，能看到美国瀑布，马蹄瀑布看不到，下楼就是彩虹桥这一端，一路顺着河边走到马蹄瀑布，再走回来，景色还是不错，早餐还可以，我的房间费用包含餐费，但waiter 端咖啡倒饮料，还是收了小费，餐费的20%左右。总体预期不要太高，还好吧。

The location was great — just a short walk to the falls and Clifton Hill, which was super convenient. The hotel does feel a bit dated and could use some maintenance; for example, the top of the closet was a bit dusty. The room was on the smaller side, but perfectly fine for a solo traveler — it might feel a little tight for two people. That said, it was overall clean, and the guest services team was very friendly and helpful
