Hotel datato negli arredamenti, nelle porte, gli infissi ma che dispone di tutto il necessario per sentirsi a proprio agio. Gestori (moglie e marito) decisamente nati per fare accoglienza ed intrattenimento alla clientela. La signora in sala ristorante impeccabile. Cena più che onestà, colazione ottima e abbondante. Stanze climatizzate, materassi comodi (un po meno i cuscini, ma va bene cosi). Piscina sul tetto con vista panoramica eccezionale dove abbiamo goduto un ottimo tramonto ed un ottimo aperitivo. Se dovessi tornare a Chianciano o nelle vicinanze sceglierei nuovamebte questo hotel per il mio soggiorno, senza il minimo dubbio. Consigliatissimo!

前臺接待非常熱情，酒店地理位置不錯，水上巴士下來步行幾分鐘就到了，離圣馬可廣場步行感覺只有2分鐘。早餐是在一個極復威尼斯感覺的餐廳里，體驗非常好??

the hotel receptionist asked if I have bought tickets to colosseo, then I answered yes but not buying tickets for kids as I was told by my ticket agent that kid under 18 is free for entry. However, she told me it is not true and I need to buy ticket for kid under 18. I then bought through her. However the next day we checked with the staff at the entrance of colosseo, the staff told me my understanding is actually correct.
When I came back to hotel and asked for refund, then they also ddint know why kid under is free to entry and asked their ticket agents for explanation. The next day she mentioned she got the explanation that the kid ticket she was selling is actually for skipping the queue. However she did not tell this information at the first place and misinterpreted to me so we lost around 42 Eur for actually free tickets. We cannot use the priority kid tickets as we have already bought the normal adult tickets instead.

Personal amable y cordial. Tristemente el mantenimiento de las instalaciones esta muy abandonado, el edificio aun no pierde su buen dise?o. Camas cómodas, igual que ropa de cama. Toallas en estado de deterioro. Elevador sin funcionar lo que dificulta a personas con movilidad disminuída. Es una pena que se deje al olvido lo que en otro tiempo fue un gran hotel.

Siamo stati in questo hotel dopo essere stati una giornata alle terme di Chianciano, l’hotel dista veramente a pochi chilometri, quindi molto comodo… la location è completamente da ristrutturare, anche le camere un po’ datate ma nel complesso pulite, personale abbastanza cortese, la colazione nella media, il prezzo leggermente alto per quello che offre, 3 stelle va più che bene

Great location, 10 mins from Rialto Vaparetto stop. Safe environment. Walking distance all around. Great restaurant nearby.

Ho soggiornato presso l’hotel Montecarlo con il mio compagno per due notti .il soggiorno è stato piacevole il punto di forza è la colazione,ricca abbondante e varia e di qualità;la location ha una forte caratteristica che rappresenta la giungla .Le camere sono spaziose purtroppo il letto era scomodo molto duro.Per quanto riguarda l’accoglienza è stato un peccato perché è un hotel che ha molte potenzialità ma l’accoglienza è stata per tutta la durata del soggiorno fredda e distaccata , ci sarebbe piaciuto più coinvolgimento da parte dei reception. Nel complesso darei a questo soggiorno un discreto .
