Family owned hotel, front desk people was nice and lended me an adapter for the night. Breakfast was also good with made to order cappuccino.
I wouldn't recommend room 101 since its right next to reception and lobby, so you can hear everything outside.
Its a family room. Also the flooring is tiles so it gets cold in winter.
But we were there for just one night and the owner was very nice. So overall experience was still good

Premessa...non abbiamo scelto direttamente questo hotel ma ci abbiamo soggiornato 2 notti aderendo a un pacchetto viaggi di un'agenzia. Come già scritto da molti è un hotel datato con arredamento anni '70....camere sostanzialmente comode ma personalmente ho trovato negativa la presenza della vasca senza nessuna protezione e un aggancio per il doccino. Colazione normale con scelta fra 3-4 torte (le brioches per me cotte troppo) che si sono ripetute anche il mattino dopo. Cena discreta anche se mi sarei aspettato porzioni più abbondanti (in genere in strutture meno moderne si cerca di coccolare la clientela con la cucina) come non ho capito se il consumo dell'acqua a tavola si paga a parte (inizialmente sembrava di si, poi la cosa è stata ritirata dato che non era dettagliato nel pacchetto viaggio). Non conoscendo il prezzo del solo pernottamento e come si colloca con gli altri numerosi hotels presenti in zona, salvo che il prezzo sia concorrenziale in autonomia non credo che avrei prenotato.

The. Hotel is closed to metro but a bit far from central station. (25 mins walk) The staff are nice and helpful, and the room is comfy enough, also tidy up everyday. Breakfast is not included if you like you can pay 6.5 euro, have cafe, bread, cheese, salami and ham. Depends on the day.

This hotel is centrally located and made for an excellent base for getting to and from most sights people want to see. It was decked out for Christmas! Shout out to Carlos and Beatriz for making our stay so welcoming. Everything about this hotel was to notch an reasonably priced.

Bien, por la infraestructura del hotel, pero el wc no tiene tapa (muy incómodo) y el ba?o sin puerta a la habitación. Restaurante muy limitado, falta capacitación para operar solo fines de semana.

Great location near St. Mark square. Excellent service. A bit of walk (22 minutes) from the Venice bus gate to the hotel so be mindful if you have a large luggage to carry to/ftom.

This hotel is the go-to option for ordinary travellers from the perspectives of economics, comfort, space, cleanliness, location and convenience. I have chosen this hotel for t4wo times, and I am very satisfied with almost everything. By the way, a tip of advice for other travellers, you should avoid dinning in the pizza restaurant across the street of this hotel, as it made my friend very uncomfortable for a whole night.
