Older hotels usually have larger rooms but this one is small. Had a king bed but the room isn’t large enough for two side tables. Also no master switch. You have to go to each lamp to turn them on/off. And there is no main light in the bedroom itself. It’s so dark in the room at night. Bathrobes are so thin. Towels feel cheap. Toilet paper is 2-ply cheap quality. The bathroom feels like something I’d see in a 2-star hotel. Even the toilet seat feels cheap. I stayed on the 24th floor and I could still hear the noise from the ground. There are no bottled waters. They provide a carafe and you have to look for the water dispensers outside your room to refill. Their check in time is 3pm and check out is 11am. They have a safety box inside the wardrobe. The front desk staff are pleasant so just know this review is for the hotel itself. That said, the doormen aren’t helping guests in/out of vehicles. Honestly, I wish I just booked a cheaper boutique hotel nearby. I’ve stayed in 5-star hotels that are worth the money. This one isn’t it.

The property is a bit dated and old. Upon entering the building there was the odor of mildew/mold that immediately irritated my eyes and sinuses. The check-in was not standard, but instead I was instructed to use their automated check-in and check-out machines instead of the staff directly doing it. The bottled water is a refill bottle that you have to take out the room. To refill at a water station in the hallway, you are not given any sealed bottled water. The room carpet also has stains and appeared old and dated. Overall, the staff was friendly and helpful and the hotel is in a good location, including walking distance to a nearby mall.

?????? (3/5) We had an overall okay stay at Crimson Hotel. The rooms were clean and well-kept, and the staff were attentive and accommodating, which we truly appreciated. However, some of the amenities felt a bit dated and could use an update to match the otherwise modern feel of the property. With a few improvements, this hotel could easily deliver a much more memorable experience.

Absolutely loved my stay here ?????? the hotel lobby has a very luxurious interior and what really captured me was the arts and design. I also admire the hotel for supporting sustainability ?????? The room size is very ample for solo business travellers/or for solo travellers who wants to splurge for a comfortable stay. The hotel also adapted to a more easy check out by using a self check out kiosk.

The room is bit dark, buffet breakfast is good but if you go there 9:00 onwards , they don’t refill foods

Stayed again after 2–3 years and noticed some signs of aging in the rooms and facilities, suggesting it’s due for a refresh. However, the overall experience remains positive. Breakfast is still consistently good with a decent variety. The location is a major plus—very convenient and just a short walk to Festival Mall. Still a solid option for business or leisure, though some updates would enhance the stay.
