すごく大きいホテルで朝食も豪华です。フロントが８回なので　ピックしてもらうのに　车の所にはソファーが无いので少し面倒です。でもきれいなホテルです。

I stayed at Quest Plus Conference Center Manila for one night. I previously stayed here when it was Crimson Hotel, so I chose it again for familiarity. I arrived early, and security was very helpful with my luggage, making check-in smooth. The staff at the front desk were polite and professional, and the self check-in kiosk was easy to use with their guidance. When our key cards didn’t work, a bellman named Josh quickly ran downstairs and fixed them. He was very helpful and friendly. The lobby is elegant, and the location is excellent right across from Festival Mall with a 7-Eleven just outside. The room was clean and comfortable, though a bit outdated with worn furniture. The beds were very comfortable, and breakfast had a good variety and wasn’t crowded if you come early. Overall, Quest Plus is a convenient and reliable option in Alabang, with friendly staff, a great location, and a solid breakfast.

Same comfort and service before it changed it's name. Except for the buffet breakfast, I expected more. Received welcome dessert upon check in. I just have no clue why " congratulations" . Never made note that I'm attending an event. Sweet gesture.

I really enjoyed my stay at Quest Plus Muntinlupa. The room was cozy, quiet, and impeccably clean, providing a comfortable environment to rest. Check-in was smooth and efficient, which made the arrival experience stress-free. I would especially like to recognize Mark from the Housekeeping Department for his excellent service and attention to detail. His professionalism and commitment to cleanliness clearly stood out and contributed positively to my stay. While the overall service level was high, the experience could be further enhanced if the front office team provided more detailed information at check-in regarding the hotel’s facilities and services, allowing guests to fully enjoy what the property offers. Overall, Quest Plus Muntinlupa delivers a quality stay with strong service standards, and I would gladly recommend it to both business and leisure travelers.

The first room I checked in was flooded , second room seems a family who take care of disable member stayed in and finally I got into my third room The hotel is not new , in fact many things are quite old Front desk honestly not very friendly but I love the restaurant staff at night take care of dinner , breakfast there is a lady quite rude Common area considered new and renovated Oh ya gym staff is friendly even though gym stuff is old

多年前住过一次印象不错这次被其它集团收购了服务不错印象较深的是我身份证落前台了酒店写了一封道歉信让前台人员送到房间道歉内容真诚在新时代能够注重人性化服务的酒店真不多

Facilities and cleanliness is ok except for the towels that are color gray or numerous laundry done. Should be white. Other than than it if 4 star for me.

Short wait times for both check-in and check-out. The gym is open 24 hours a day and has a friendly and helpful staff. The variety of foods on the breakfast buffet can be expanded further.

?????????? 5/5 — Fantastic Stay at Quest Plus (formerly Crimson Hotel)! This was my first time staying at Quest Plus Hotel (formerly Crimson Hotel), and I was genuinely impressed. I booked a room for a business conference just five minutes away, and the location couldn’t be more perfect. It’s incredibly accessible—just a quick 2-minute walk to the mall and close to everything you might need. The entire hotel is clean, peaceful, and beautifully maintained. The staff were exceptionally kind, welcoming, and very accommodating, which made my stay even better. My room was spacious, comfortable, and felt like a true retreat after a long day. The amenities were also amazing and definitely exceeded my expectations. For the quality and experience, the price is surprisingly affordable. I’m already planning to come back for Christmas, New Year, and any future business trips in the area. Highly recommend this hotel for both business and leisure stays!
