I stayed in several hotels when I used to visit Como. Now I live on the lake and when I stay in Como, this is my preferred hotel. The location is excellent, nestled in the pedestrian streets, the rooms are comfortable and the breakfast is excellent. Staff are always extremely helpful and give you a complementary drink upon arrival. All rooms have coffee / tea facilities and you get a bottle of water also.
Good location and customer service. Just needs a little 'refresh' pealing paint on light switches, cracked basin, towels fraying. But other than that a comfortable stay.
Room was very cheap and cheerful - couple of lights didn’t work and the tv was pretty ancient. Beds were very soft but fine for a night. Shower wasn’t amazing and was very slippery. Ok for a cheap sleeping stop.
Since having children, I've never been happier with a place to stay as we have here. Great value for money (we stayed in a two bedroom apartment), nice pool area, so close and easy walking to three supermarkets, local food spots, and shops. The room was well cleaned, and friendly staff. Great vibes...we weren't bothered at all from the current renovations of the bar and restaurant...will definitely be staying again ????
