Limited amount of soap and shampoo. Almost to the point it is ridiculous.

It was a great stay. Wonderful and friendly team member and a very nice room.
The only downside that the rooms are not soundproof

酒店非常好，在城區里，不管是逛街還是出行去景點都很方便，工作人員都很nice，早餐也非常豐富，推薦推薦。

After paying a LOT of money to stay here I was then shocked to find we didn’t have breakfast included! Would cost another ￡60 and also had to pay ￡25 for the night to stay in there own car park! Lovely hotel but definitely not worth the cost! Could get a 5 star in a lot better cities for a lot cheaper! Staff all lovely though!

The kids loved the pool and the room was nice and clean. Great location.

The room was descent and bed comfortable. Easy check-in. The TV is very old and internet slow but otherwise it was comfortable and clean.

Hotel location is fantastic, ~7 ninutes walk from central station. But hotel floor rather thin and can hear running in upper floor. Staff can be friendlier.

The location is great to walk everywhere also in front of the hotel have a metro station which is quite convenient for new travellers or those who dont wanna walk that long haha overall I liked it also staff is friendly and helpful.
