1.酒店服务不错，接、送服务可以各享用一次。可以提前和酒店邮件或电话预约。
2.预订了日式房，房间大小满意。设施虽然不新，但维护得不错。
3.一泊二食。早晚餐都挺丰盛。大堂休息区有免费costa咖啡和软饮。
4.酒店有乒乓房，两张球桌。
5.温泉中规中矩，有一个室外池，但不算大。
总体感受比较满意。

早就听到过鹤雅的名字，这是第一次住，果然名不虚传，酒店的设施配备齐全、环境优美，有很多木雕作品和其他设计、服务没得説，非常热情，衞生都不错，特别是晚餐，很出色！景色也好！

the buffet is very good with a lot of diy element. the hotel is very much filled with art pieces which makes it very unique. the onsen is not big but serves its function. the room is clean and tidy.

The architectural design and the decoration of the hotel building is stylish and artistic?. It is spacious. The staff are very polite and attentive to your needs. They will give you a guided tour introducing the facilities of the hotel after you completed the check in process. There is a hut with a pool in the garden offering free footbath which is fun. They provide many room choices, including one with in room private onsen and villas where you have more privacy.

This time I traveled with my family, and the hotel was quite nice with very friendly staff. Due to my child's allergies, we couldn't experience the hot springs, which was quite a shame.
When checking out, we encountered heavy snow in Eastern Hokkaido, and the bus service was suspended. We're very grateful to the Vietnamese girl at the front desk - she helped us check the bus situation and assisted in booking a taxi to Lake Akan. We didn't miss our subsequent itinerary thanks to her help, and we're really thankful.

A great place to chill and relax. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. They will show us area after checkin n bring us to our room. The food in the buffet is also fresh and good.

Breakfast and dinner were great. Onsen was great too.
The room was clean and tidy. The common area with fire was nice and relax.

Very nice resort. Love the foot bath and the bird and squirrels area. Very good variety for both breakfast and dinner.
