  • Guest：Just returned from this establishment which is our third visit and unfortunately it has gone downhill The standard of food is not very good and the service in the restaurant is abysmal due to lack of staff The chef's menu choices are ridiculous as one evening it was roast pork or fish however the accompanying vegetables were the same and I have never in my wildest dreams had roast potatoes, cabbage and swede with fish in parsley sauce, also his idea of red cabbage is to boil the life out of it till it turns mauve. Also contrary to the hotels boast of WiFi is practically non existent to the point that I woke up at three in the morning and the WiFi was still the same which contradicts that too many people are using it Our room on the third floor was cold as they turn the heating off in summer and the portable heater was useless So all in all it's not too bad but I don't think I would be back again as they aren't going to rectify any of the faults first being to get rid of the chef and get more stuff in the dining room
  • Guest：HAD A VERY NICE STAY HERE WITH ALFA TRAVEL,CLEAN HOTEL,FRESH FOOD,RESTAURANT STAFF LOVELY,GOOD COMPANY.THE 1 ONLY NEGATIVE WAS THE BATHROOM BASIN WHICH BY MISTAKE HAD COME FROM A DOLLS HOUSE,WATER EVERYWHERE WHEN YOU TRIED TO USE IT,NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE.THE SHOWER BY COMPARISION WAS 1ST CLASS.
