地理位置很好，去玄武湖，清涼山，雞鳴寺，頤和路都不遠，附近吃的也很多，有很多老字號餐廳。隨便附近走路兜一兜也很舒服。服務不錯，解決問題很用心，房間也乾凈。房間就可以看見玄武湖。

酒店出行比較方便，距離1號線地鐵口騎行5分鐘內即可，地鐵口出來左手邊就是鼓樓公園，酒店騎行10分鐘內可到達紫峯大廈，酒店31樓餐廳吃早飯也能看到紫峯大廈，去逛頤和路和江蘇路，騎行也很方便，10分鐘左右到達。去往梧桐大道可乘地鐵??！入住時送了歡迎水果，退房時還送了小禮物??。下次來還可以選擇這里！

Nice hotel, clean and friendly staff at the reception. Breakfast is good and located on 31st floor where you can have a good view of the city. Location is also strategic in case you need to go in Nanjing railway station.

It was really great! Easy access to the metro station, and very diverse selections of food and drinks near the hotel. We had a room with a superb view of Xuanwu Lake and that was really amazing. The room itself was very nice, with a smart toilet (warm seat and auto-flushing) and a separate shower unit. Would be better if there was a closet since we were staying for quite some days, but can't really complain. A cleaning lady once mistook our room for a different one (which I assume called for room service) and almost insisted on coming in, we had to reiterate several times that we didn't need cleaning before she left. But the reception people were quick to respond to my message and checked the CCTV footage to clarify the situation and apologised for the misunderstanding. One of the days it was quite loud during the night and we weren't sure which room the noise was coming from, and since it was almost 4am in the morning the receptionist missed our message - understandable - and they were very apologetic afterwards and offered a small gift. In general very pleasant stay, huge compliments to the staff and we will happily return next time :)

I’ve stayed with orange crystal a few times in various cities including in Beijing. This one is the first time I was very disappointed with orange crystal. The lobby is no lobby, no chair, no water, no coffee and it is shared with another hotel of the same company. The room was a bit small and smell of cigarette. The hotel staff was kind to put an air purifier in the room which help with the smell. Next time, I would choose other hotel brands before choosing orange crystal.
